Advantages: Good WHOLESOME Family FUN - ITS Star Wars !! simple and addictive
Disadvantages: none really - my be a little tame for more serious/grown up gamers??Thats all

Advantages: Impressive to look at ... it has the "wow" factor ! Lots of possibilities & packed with features.

Lego Star Wars II - where has 2007 gone?

...This game is probably the easiest game to pick up and anyone will enjoy from 6-60, all you have to do is kill the badies and collect coins-but you don't even have to do that if you don't want to. As well as playing on your own it has a dropin/out feature which allows two people to play the storyline at the same time and this make the game even more fun and even easier, as you don't have to wait for the computer to help you out every now and again. There is a wide range of characters from yoda up to the people you didn't know even existed. This gme is fun for people who have never watched star wars as well as those who have, every one has the same amount of fun walking yoda rounds really slowly (which can get annoying) and then striking into action against an enemy who is helpless. You don't die on this game either, you have four hearts...

It's Lego...It's Star Wars...It's Awesome!

Advantages: Never-ending fun for all ages

...After reviewing Lego Star Wars the video game, with some input from my little boy, he then asked me "why are you not writing about Lego Star Wars II? It's better?" Hmm?..Well that's his opinion and so here's mine?. Pretty much everything in this game is made of Lego bricks (sorry to state the obvious!) and just like the first game there is no spoken dialogue throughout the game, just gestures (even the most famous moments in the film.) After the first game being such a success you might think a follow up game would be hard pushed to come close. But the first game was based on the 3 prequel films, and so Lego Star Wars II is based on the 3 sequel films, which are the originals (and best in my opinion) - The first of which is 'A new hope', the second is 'The Empire strikes back' and the third is 'Return of the Jedi'. ...BUILD AND BATTLE THROUGH THE ORIGINAL TRILODGY when i first bought lego star wars 2 i wasnt expecting much but when you here that star wars theme and appear in episode 4 you just get sucked into this game with its fun original levels its light hearted humour and all the unlockables this is a game that makes it hard to put down your xbox 360 controller. Lego star wars has been ported to next gen although you do not see a big diference in graffics between the original xbox and 360 versions on this game the 360 has improved with textures ,lighting and basicaly everthing looks more like its made out of plastic this game not as chalenging as others i wouldnt recomend this to hardcore gammers. ...I had played Lego Star Wars on my friends XBOX before, so i knew what I was getting when I purchased the game for my Wii. And I wasn't dissapointed at all. It's such a fun, playable game - and often hard to turn off. It's also really cool what they have "made" out of lego in the game - a bit of a retro blast to the past for me! In the game, the initial idea is that you play through all the Star Wars episodes (I to VI), with six levels in each episode in what they call "Story Mode". This basically takes you through the story line for each movie, and uses the characters relevant to that part of the plot line. When you complete a level, you "unlock" special Star Wars characters. ...At the end of last year, I found myself at Heathrow armed with a PSP, a flight ticket to Australia and plenty of time to kill on an aeroplane. In an attempt to ward off the potential boredom of a twenty hour flight, I purchased 'Lego Star Wars II - The Original Trilogy' having previously been addicted to other Lego style computer games on other consoles. Once the seatbelt signs had been extingiushed, I pulled out the PSP from my bag, inserted the disc and rushed through the menus to start playing (instructions can always be read later!). The game starts with you playing the Princess Leia character (in Lego form, naturally!) at Mos Eisley cantina which will be familiar to anyone who is a fan of the films.
