BELLE SMELL

Advantages: Beautifully packaged, lovely fragrence
Disadvantages: cost perhaps, where to find it.

...I first discovered Les Belles de Ricci a few years ago when my friend began to use it. It’s an incredibly distinctive smell so everyone must have been able to smell us coming! I find it’s a very everyday sort of perfume, quite a soft fresh fragrence which can be lightly worn to give an airof fragrence or in the evenings worn more intensely. It’s a difficult smell to sum up. It’s sort of fruity but not in a sweet way. I think there’s a sort of tomato type smell in there (sounds unpleasant but it’s really really not!) and a sort of softness that reminds me a bit of talcum powder. Despite this softness of fragrence it’s zingy and zesty. I’m often complimented on it and to my closest friends it’s a smell they recognise on me. One thinks I smell like cherry brandy so i’m not...

Epiphone Les Paul Studio, a little too evil?

Advantages: Build quality, Bridge pickup, Hardware
Disadvantages: Weight, Finish

...Firstly i'd like to say that for me this guitar looks rather drab and boring, as it is so plain and all in black. There is no contrast in colour and doesn't really stand out. But with that now said, i will go onto the other aspects. It has the standard les paul fittings, which are sturdy and reliable, and the tuners that hold their tuning very well. The pickups are high output and sound very heavy, which is ideal for hard rock and metal. The neck pickup sounds a bit too heavy and doesn't sound great with only light distortion but sound good clean. The guitar is quite heavy in weight and can make my shoulder ache if i've had it on the strap too long. But the weight is only due to the mahogany it is made from. It is buit very well and is also sturdy. The fitted neck is very nice and adds to the build quility....

How Tinker Bell Began!

Advantages: A nice, magical film
Disadvantages: Definately aimed at a younger audience!

...When I was babysitting last night, I got roped into watching ?Tinker Bell?, a film from Walt Disney where Tinker Bell is the main character. We get to learn all about Tinker Bell how she became a ?Tinker? (one of the types of fairy). The animation in this is very ?new? Disney. It is all 3D and computer animated and looks very much like the animation did in ?The Incredibles?, not like the old Disney films. I have to say I don?t think I like the animation in the new look films as much as the animation in the old films. The film starts off with the narrator explaining the jobs of fairies, which is to craft out nature, adding all the little details to things like snow flakes, giving light and colour to flowers, and helping all creatures. Review of Tinker Bell (DVD)

Were You 'Saved By The Bell'?!

Advantages: One of the best TV shows from my childhood and one I still enjoy watching now
Disadvantages: The characters are a bit predictable, as are the storylines and it's not on TV a lot anymore : (

...Bell Direct is an insurance company part of the Admiral Group offering insuring services Service Naturally if you are looking for car insurance you would shop around to look for the cheapest deal. In my opinion the greatest thing the Bell offered when calling around was a complete comprehensive detail of the facts in a highly commendable manner. The only downsite was they use 0870 or 0844 numbers which aren't exactly cheap. But generally I found the staff very useful. Price Bell, are cheap and offer good invitation prices with perks thrown in. Except, I found that whatever promotion to get you to sign up is getting a cheap quote, that cheap policy does not last. And they are cheap to under 25's, the odd penalty points and non- NCB's compared to competitors. When I first took out a policy, they were efficient...

...I read the first book by Belle de Jour a couple of years ago, after watching a few episodes of the ITV2 series 'The Secret Diary of a Call Girl' which starred Billie Piper. At that time, there was some controversy about the TV series and the book on which is based, with accusations that they were glamourising prostitution and potentially encouraging vulnerable young women into the sex industry. When I spotted 'Playing the Game' in the library, I automatically assumed that this was the sequel to 'The Intimate Adventures of a London Call Girl' but this is actually the third book in the series. Epiphone Les Paul Studio

Advantages: Sweet clasic sound of truck Rock & Roll

...I would have to say haveing not owned but played all of them the Studio would have to be the best Epiphone Les Paul i have played. Which is uppose is why i bought it. At £260 reduced from £350 it is a very nice second or third guitar, depending on your finacial posision. I think out of all the mainsteam guitars on the market has the largest could variety i have ever seen. At least 15 Different shades of sunburst, not to mension the different shades of hardware. It gives a perfect soud unique to the Gibson and Epiphone ranges. I would be carful not to be confused as a first time buyer for repicas such as "Vintage" or "De-Amon" who have never beed able recreate the true Gibson sound. As guitar shop sales are common it is definetly a guitar to look out for!!...

Le Domaine Les Pailles Resort

...The best Holiday Resort I have ever been in Mauritius is The Domaine Les Pailles. As I briefly mentioned in one of my previous reviews, this is a humongous holiday resort which stretches out for miles and miles, and comprises of activities, fun and cuisine for every ages and tastes. It is situated at Pailles, a small town just a few minutes before Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius. Finding the road to Domaines Les Pailles turned out to be quite difficult because there is one specific corner road we had to turn into and we kept missing roads!
