...LG 32LH2000 ? Simply a Beautiful piece of technology. I haven?t had much chance lately to get on here but felt you really needed to know about this new addition to the family!!! My bargain buy last month was this sleek little number from Comet. I had come into a bit of a windfall ( well compensation for my accident ? 3yrs ago!!) and decided to treat myself and family to a new TV. Our old faithful was really on the way out and I knew it wouldn?t cope with the new switch over heading to our area soon. After shopping around I was attracted to the LG 32LH200 for 2 reasons really ? its classy appearance and more importantly the fact it had just been reduced down to £379. I did also manage to negotiate a really great price on a smaller TV for my bedroom, if I paid cash for the two sets. The final price being £450 for both...

...hd ready, I don't have hd sky or a blu-ray player, I'm quite impressed. There are a number of contrast settings on this so if you are watching a show that was filmed in poorer quality you can alter the settings so that it looks clearer. There are also a few audio settings which can give the sound a better feel and improve the atmospehere when watching films. I'm currently looking for a nice surround sound package to team up with this television, once I do, I think my entertainment system will be devastating. The option that I really like is that you can split the screens between two inputs. In essence, you can watch two channels at once. I've managed to get this going with my sky and the tv's built in freeview when two football matches were on but have yet attempted to do it with a dvd and another input. At this point, the high street stores had shut down, and was only available online. We decided to give Dixons.co.uk a shot, as we thought that they would be just as good. We ordered it from the products page on the website and the website told us that the TV would be with us within 14 days, without fail.This turned out to disapoint, as after weeks of phone calls, staff hanging up, and rude staff, we finally got our TV 2 months later. ...Got this TV in the Argos sale for £379.99. Comes with pedestal stand and wall mounting bracket. You can litterally take it from the box and it is ready to use. (Pedestal stand is already attached.) Remote control is not very good. Takes quite a while to get used to. As this was a TV for the bedroom a was not too fussed with the quality of the TV as would only mainly be used for watching DVD's, although once set up I am quite impressed. I have it hooked up through a video sender from my Sky + box downstairs and the quality of the picture is excellent. When watching DVD's I would say this is much better than most I have seen on the market. Don't have the sound up very high most of the time but when you do the quality is decent. If you were using this for you main TV then hooking it up through a surround sound system would boost...

..., budget of no more than £400, HD ready, and a good reputation. Above all, it needed a good picture quality. Wandering round the usual places we saw a few sets that met this criteria but we were not necessarily bowled over by them. Then we walked into our local Comet and, amongst the others, we saw the LG 32LH3000 on offer for £399.99. We had a good look at it in the shop and it met/exceeded all our criteria, plus one more we hadn't thought of... it looked pretty good, too! The salesman also told us that it hadn't long been on the market and that it should be £550, not £400! He said it was a steal at this price. His words were duly taken with a large pinch of salt, and we headed home to check it out properly. The few reviews we found online said the same thing... it was extremely good, so much so that one reviewer put it up against his friend...

Flatscreen Heaven
