The LG Viewty KU990 Mobile Phone

...This is a stunning phone, with a wide range of features. It has a cracking camera, and a beautiful large screen. It is my first LG phone, and easily one of the best I have owned. Personally I do not like the stylus, but it is easy and fast to use with just a finger. The menu screen is very clear and easy to understand, the online internet is outstanding, you can view web pages in both portrait and landscape which makes it easy to navigate. The phone does not arrive with much in terms of games, ringtones or such but they are very easy to put on using the supplied data cable, it plays music with a very good quality. It has all the usual features such as a calculator, converters etc, but also includes shortcuts to google maps and other such places. I only have to charge it every 4 or 5 days, maybe even more infrequent. Battery life...

LG Viewty KU99O mobile phone

Advantages: Lots of media to choose from and easy to navigate around
Disadvantages: Can sometimes be slow and therefore freze on continous use on same button

...I first saw this phone when it came out a few years ago and it had a price tag of around £300, but when I noticed it the other day in Tesco for just over £100 I snapped it up! I have now had this phone for just less than a year now, it has many features and has easy access to all these features through the 'touch screen navigating'! I'll start with the 5 mega pixel camera, personally I think it takes clear photos, with its 'autofocus' technology, I think that it is one of the best cameras I have ever seen on a phone, but in poor light conditions the photos can become easily blurred and extremey dark, there is also on-screen editing, which can be REAL FUN! You can morph your friends, colour swap etc, also has a video camera and on this you can edit the timing so things will appear in slow motion! The mp3 player has clear sound...

LG Viewty Mobile Phone

...Welcome to the world of technology!. in my experience,this must be the best phone yet! With a 5.1 mp digital camera taking pictures becomes much more fun. Whether your on a day trip out, on holiday or with family or friends this 5.1mp camera will never let you down. i have read many reviews on this phone before purchasing it myself as to be fair, its not the cheapest one out, but i was not dissapointed! ...The LG KU990 Viewty mobile is an attractive phone and its styling is similar to the LG prada phone. Amazon offered the cheapest price at £72 beating Orange's offer by £5. The phone came with £10 free talk time, car and home charger, USB connection lead ( to down load photos which you can do through blue tooth as well), cabled hands free kit which you also use the headphones for the MP3 player. Sound quality is good but a little worse when using the hands free. I have found the reception to be excellent and am very rarely out of signal. Apple iPhone: The Future of mobile phones?

  Sexiest Phone Ever?

..., after all, I rarely use my mobile for anything other than calls and texts. I've had phones by all the other major mobile phone manufacturers (Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola), but never an LG, so I was keen to see how it compared. When my phone arrived I looked at the box and just thought 'wow!'. I was sure I'd chosen a quality product, and this was before I'd even seen the phone itself. I've never seen such a nicely packaged mobile phone. There is a cardboard sleeve on the box with a picture of the phone, nothing too special, but under this cardboard sleeve is the sexiest mobile phone box ever! It's very posh looking, and even has a magnetic fastening! It looks more like something you'd expect to house an expensive item of jewellery, only perhaps a little larger. On top of the box is a little LG symbol with the slogan 'Life's Good...

LG Viewty - A good touch phone.

...The LG Viewty, I thought it was a very good phone. It has it's downfalls but what phone doesn't! The more you use this phone you will find little things that niggle you. For example, I found it annoying when the phone would automatically lock after 10 seconds if you havent touched it in that time. You cannot change this in the settings. The CD that you get with the phone has very poor software, which makes it difficult to transfer music, pictures etc between PC and phone. The worse thing that i found with this phone is.....texting. You have to type very slowly. It takes a second or so for it to take in the letter that you last typed. So if you are a beginner at texting this phone will be excellent for you. The best things abou the LG Viewty - the camera. Not as many mega pixels as a Sony but still more than enough to get by...

A Great Phone the LG KU990 Viewty

Disadvantages: touch screen is hard for some people

...The touch screen is at first hard to get used to but after to get used to it it is worth it. Turn it to te side and get a qwerty key board which is awesome and easy to use. This phone is fast no matter what cell phone carrier you use and regardless I believe of 3g connection or not. I honestly had a great time with this phone and have always been an LG fan. As with most modern phones with lots of applications and gadgets the phone battery wears down easily with a couple phone calls. If you use it just for texting expect the battery to last a lot longer. I've dropped the phone a couple of times and its been just fine a couple scratches but that's it. Be careful as with all new phones and mostly LGs if you drop it from too far you will crack the screen, and sometimes sitting on the phone will easily scratch the screen....

Great touch screen phone from LG.

Advantages: Clear screen, easy to navigate menus, good quality camera
Disadvantages: Tinny suond playing MP3, software glitches, unable to view screen in daylight

...different folders to create various playlists. The sound is quite loud, however as with most mobile phones it is incredibly tinny (no good for audiophiles). Basically it gets the job done. I have found a few software glitches, when texting if you use an apstrophe, it will use an entire text message up. This is ok for me as I have so many texts with my price plan I can't use them all, however if you are using PAYG, it could be a different story... Another problem that I have encountered is the delete key, some times it won't work, other times it does. I assume this is a software issue, as it makes no difference how hard/soft you press the button, it will not do anything. It can sometimes be overcome by coming out of the 'messages' menu and then going back in again, like I said this only works sometimes. I know this phone will only appeal...
