...Unknowingly, Life Fitness have achieved a sexual divide with the Glute Press as having worked in a number of gyms, I rarely see any males actually using this piece of equipment. Perhaps it is the female predisposition for smaller butt that means blokes can?t actually get a look in! Then I selected a daily workout and I was ready to go. Very helpfully they provide you with a quick listing of all the exercises you will be doing on the workout and as you work through them there are little tutorials so that you can see what is expected. You can click the A button to skip through these quickly which is helpful as I hated the time spent on Wii Fit running through stuff I already knew. Advantages: Get healthy, feel great and lose weight

...As our body is a self sufficient machine that means it will fix its self and take care of it by cleaning our in sides out and staying as fit and thin as we should be. The body does this by using every spare bit of energy it has to clean the body and rid it off fat cells, so when the body has a major job to do like digesting food it has to stop burning and pushing out fat cells and concentrate on doing that. The most energy consuming thing our bodies have to do is digest food, we use about 90% of our daily energy burning of food so the obvious thing is to use less energy burning off food so your body can spend more of its time getting rid of toxic rubbish, fat cells and bits of old food that have been lodge in your stomach for years, nice thought!
