...For some reason I have a problem with my downstairs toilet, it always gets lots of lime scale in the bottom which I find hard to remove. I think it is a combination of the water here and the fact that I have 3 little monsters constantly forgetting to flush it! Fortunately I have now found a great way to remove this. ~~THE PRODUCT~~ What I have found to work is Tesco Toilet Lime Scale Remover. It comes in a plastic blue bottle and has a slightly pointed nozzle on top which allows easy use to squirt this around the rim of the toilet. There is a lighter blue label on the front with the product name and the back of the bottle has a label which contains all the product details, directions for use and warnings. ~~USE~~ To open this bottle you may have some difficulty as it has a child proof cap. Ee bye gum, do thee really grow tea int Yarksheer?

The nearest Yorkshire comes to in terms of having some kind of world renowned crop growing status is "The Rhubarb Triangle" which is an area in West Yorkshire where rhubarb is grown extensively in the dark so that it thinks it's still underground and therefore is "forced" upwards against its will! However, this Yorkshire Tea is blended and then packaged in Yorkshire by Taylors of Harrogate who were founded back in 1886. ...Good wash at a good price, as the appliance was to be hidden behind a door we sacrificed the name for the price, but to our surprise it out performs our previous dishwasher by miles even when using the eco short wash. The control panel is user friendly it consists of an on/off button a Programme button and a play/pause button for start/stop. Importantly for me the top rack height is adjustable allowing our large plates to fit in, the bottom rack's plate holder collapses allowing large pots and pans to lay flat. The heating element is hidden so lime scale is not a threat to that. We use a Powerball type detergent and the dishwasher performs perfectly leaving glasses and cutlery stunningly clean. I am very happy to recommend this dishwasher to any prospective purchaser....

What am I doing wrong?

Advantages: none that are obvious to me!
Disadvantages: probably a waste of money

...directions, the second at 90 degrees to the first, my carpets remain in the same condition they were in before. I agree that stains can be removed but only by cleaning with a chemical cleaner during the pre treatment stage. I do console myself with the fact that I probably have killed off any forms of microscopic life that may have been sharing my home with me but, to be honest as I do not suffer from asthma and as we have been living with bed bugs quite happily through the ages, I couldn't really give a damn! I have also found the Polti very good at leaving my windows smeary, useless on lime scale and completely incomparable to heavy detergent and elbow grease on medium to heavy soiled kitchen equipment. In fact the only thing I can recommend it for is clearing away the white residue left by oven cleaner but I'm not sure that is worth all...
