Disadvantages: A little bit gory in places

...The Bone Vault written by Linda Fairstein is the latest book that I have just read. I have not read any of this Author's previous works although I was aware that the predecessor to this novel, the Deadhouse, was an International best seller. This book fits neatly into the category of crime fiction but the authenticity of how Met Assistant DA Alexandra Cooper handles the crimes in this gripping story is what sets this book apart from many books on a similar theme that I have read. This may have something to do with the fact that the Author of this work, Linda Fairstein is America's foremost prosecutor of crimes, specialising in the area of sexual assault and domestic violence. Linda McCartney pies- popular with vegetarians and meat eaters

Advantages: Easy to prepare, vegan, tasty

Lovely Linda feeds us well

Advantages: Filling and vegetarian
Disadvantages: Not good for the diet conscious

I decided to take the plunge and become a vegetarian in 1985, just before my son was born, and having decided to do so, then panicked about what I would actually eat! I had tried to be a veggie earlier but due to the difficulty with mixing nuts and grains and keeping my proteins and iron up, I found it was too awful and gave up. dont buy too many linda mcartney sausages

Advantages: tasty
Disadvantages: get boring after a while

...I seem to have this awful habit of trying something, loving it, stocking up on it and then going off it in a big way. I think its because I have been a veggie for so many years and it really used to be hard to vary my diet as there were not enough products on the market. So whenever something nice comes out that I like I stock up b4 they take it off the market. As happened with Linda Mcartney Italian Style Toppers which were delicious, remember them? well anyway they stopped making them, or if they didnt they are impossible to find and I was heartbroken. Anyway getting to the point, these sausages really are presented nicely in a lovely red box.It says 'a delicious blend of cereal and pea protein with sundried tomato pieces and herbs'. Veggies dont have to miss out, thanks to Linda!

Advantages: Yum and veggie friendly too.
Disadvantages: Really more-ish, it could be bigger.

...When i became vegetarian, I thought I would be stuck with a really boring diet and no variety. But thanks to Linda McCartney, I was proven wrong. Not only is there Lasagne, but also other typical "carnivor" meals such as Shepherds Pie, Chilli, sausage rolls, curry, pasta carbonara....the list goes on. But i must say that the lasagne is a favourite. Not only of mine, but also of my sister - who isn't even a vegetarian! It is best cooked in the oven, and I love the crisp cheese top layer that forms if you leave it in just a little longer than the recommended time. Unlinke other pasta meals, the pasta does not go crunchy or chewy in the oven and it retains its form too. The layers of pasta are concealing a lovely mixture of vegetarian mince, rich tomato sauce and a good selection of vegetables. It has a really authentic Italian taste...

Advantages: I have heard that the 'toys' are quite effective!
Disadvantages: Rather poor quality for the prices

...Some time ago I went to an Ann Summers party and it was all I expected it to be. It was tacky and tasteless but it was also a bit of a laugh. A Banger Is Much Better Than A Sparkler.

Advantages: A very tasty meal
Disadvantages: None at all.

...The late Linda McCartney was nothing short of passionate in her beliefs, Linda herself a long time vegetarian actively encouraged her husband Paul McCartney to embrace and take on her strong beliefs. Sadly Linda is no longer with us but her range of vegetarian food lives on and only a few weeks ago Paul gave the Vegetarian Society the go ahead to make the most of her recipes in some cooking classes that they are about to introduce. The Linda McCartney vegetarian food range has undergone yet another revamp on the packaging front, the last major revamp was only just two years ago. I think that the newly designed packaging is contemporary and eye catching. For the most part the recyclable cardboard box is claret coloured and the designers have pictured the sausages looking unbelievably delicious, they sit on a bed of fried onions...

American AND THE Adventure for Linda

Advantages: A brilliant day out for everyone
Disadvantages: Can be expensive if you don't look for offers

...Just so that you know this opinion has been written in response to Linda’s challenge to write a good opinion without using ‘the’ or ‘and’ – I don’t think I have…… One of my favourite theme parks is one called American Adventure situated at Ilkeston, Derbyshire. It is relatively flat, quite compact being set around a large lake. You can see across to all rides so it feels very open making it safe for children to run on ahead. It is better than Alton Towers in that respect, where paths twist round blind corners with a lot of walking involved. Food to come home to

Advantages: Delicious and quick, no difference in taste to 'real' meat
Disadvantages: Expensive if not on offer

...I don't eat red meat but I love things like spaghetti bolognese and lasagne which I occasionally can't resist, despite them containing meat. Because of this, I try to stick to vegetarian versions with veggie mince and Linda McCartney food is perfect for this. Linda McCartney's vegetarian lasagne is made up of layers of free range egg pasta with soya mince ragu and rich béchamel sauce topped with cheddar cheese. Now, even I realise that this doesn't sound quite as nice as a meaty lasagne but it really does taste it. It comes in a cardboard box with a very delicious looking picture of the lasagne on the front. Inside, it comes in a plastic pot and can be cooked either in the microwave, taking 10 minutes, or in the oven, which takes a lot longer at 45 minutes.
