...I have tried all sorts of foundations ranging from stick to liquid and trying to find the perfect foundation has proved difficult over the past 15 years. Finally about three years ago I accidentally came across Stila illuminating liquid foundation. It was just by chance and the lady who helped me choose and apply I will be eternally grateful to. The colour I use is '50 watts' .Price is around £27 per bottle. The liquid foundation is light and smooth and leaves the most natural finish with a slight shimmer, almost a dewy effect on the cheeks. The number of people who have complimented me on my skin and glow is unbelievable. The finish is so natural, leaving a very healthy look. The down side to this product is that it is not easy to find. ...Forget having a messy liquid foundation and then having to use a seperate powder - Covergirls all in one powder foudation comes in compact with a mirror. it is easy to use - just like using a powder and without the mess of liquid foundation. it is very easy to apply and gives a good all over cover It comes in a wide range of shades that look natural as i'm fair skinned this is a plus for me. it is also very reasonably priced and you arent paying over the top for it as it doesnt have any fancy packaging. ...I have been using this foundation for years, and I hope they never discontinue it! The product is great for skin thats not so perfect, it is oil free and liquid foundation, and has great coverage, it is the only foundation that I have ever tried that covers my not so good skin, the lasting power is also good but as I have combination skin my only bug with it is that it tends to slide off my nose and forehead after about 5 hours, which is not so good in the summer months. Again as I have tried nothing better in the same price range I have stuck with this and use it everyday, I have just started to apply it with a foundation brush which gives even better coverage, and the plus is you use less foundation which is a plus. ...As well as being a big fan of Benefit products, I love Boots No.7 products as well. I used to use their 3 in 1 foundation compact that was a foundation, concealer and powder in one and I was finding hat it was drying my skin out. So I decided to still use it as a concealer and buy a liquid foundation instead. I have never really been a big fan of liquid foundation as I have found it in the past tricky trying to blend it and apply it correctly without it looking a mess. As I am fairly loyal to the No.7 foundation range, I decided to try one of thier liquid foundations out as thier colour "ivory" is just the right shade for my colouring. The price is £12.00 for 40ml which I feel is the right price for a middle of the rane foundation. It comes in a pump action glass bottle and you don't have to apply loads to get good coverage... ...I bought this foundation about 4 months ago, and I have been continually impressed with the results. It is a liquid foundation with about medium coverage, and leaves a nice glowy finnish, without making your face look shiny. I have combiation skin, and this foundation worked really well for me. I do have to touch up with powder once through the day, but compared with a lot of other foundations, this is a lot less greasy. Translucide is also really easy to apply. It blends well, it's easy to build coverage, and it lasts the whole day. I wore this foundation when I went snowboarding for a week, and despite -20 temperatures, laughing, crying, and constantly wiping snow off my face, this foundation lasted through it all! ...This is the only foundation i have used since i found it!!! It lasts all day I am one of these people who tend to wear foundation all day everyday!! Its a liquid foundation that sets within 60 seconds and no powder is needed. It does not rub off onto clothes or hands. It also comes in a nice variety and range of colours again this is the only foundation i have found that gets anywhere near my normal colour - unfortunatly pale!!!! But i even found that last summer when i did get a bit of a tan i just went up a shade and got that to match too! its about £11 - £12 a bottle sounds expensive but it does last me a while and its well worth the price for the piece of mind it won't melt during the day!!!... ...on first thing on a morning it is still on when i come home at 6.00 pm. i have only got 2 disadvantages to tell you about this foundation. first of all it drys your skin out. i moisturise morning and night and i have still found during winter time i have had to use a liquid foundation., so if you suffer from naturally dry skin i would STAY AWAY from this foundation. The second disadvantage is this foundation is quite expensive. I am only 17 and it is hard to keep having to pay £25 every time it runs out!!! ...I brought this foundation as I heard people with spots aren't helping themselves using a foundation with oil in it And as it's from The Body Shop and they're the best xD Anyway I made the mistake of trying to apply this product with a sponge and it don't work, cause the foundation just sinks into the sponge. I tried to apply the foundation with my fingers - thinking this can't go wrong - but it wasn't too great and didn't give me enough coverage Then I remembered an old foundation brush I had and voila! Amazing coverage that lasted all day! To prove it - I put this foundation on yesterday at 1.30pm and it looked the same 10 hours later at 11.30pm! They have been produced by Boots and only available to buy from Boots shops or via their website. It is a premium brand of make up, skin and body care products. This foundation is different from most liquid foundations as it's neither a liquid or a powder. It is all three, a liquid a concealer and a powder! It is available in four colours Fair, Honey, Almond or Beige. It costs £12. You get for your money a black stylish compact which has a mirror, a sponge applicator and the foundation. ...When I was an Avon rep one of my customers gave me an order for Color Trend Velvet Foundation, when I came to deliver the foundation they had changed their mind and didn't want it anymore. Me being me I forgot to send it back to Avon and it ended up in my make-up bag. The foundation is priced at 3 pounds and 99p ( no pound sign on keyboard) for a 50ml tube. THE PACKAGING The foundation comes in a squirty silver tube with a black screw top lid and is around 5 inches in height. It has the words Color Trend in big bold letters up the side of the tube and at the bottom in smaller writting it has Velvet Foundation. THE LIQUID This foundation comes in four different shades, Bisque, Fawn, Honey and Sunbeige. Bisque being the palest and Sunbeige being the darkest. I have the Fawn coloured foundation.
