I would expect this to just be the packaging though, so the product you buy today will be just the same as when I purchased my small bottle a good decade ago! ...Let me tell you this straight up. I am pretty useless at applying liquid eyeliner. I have made some pretty awful botch jobs over the years trying to apply liquid eyeliner and had pretty much given up being able to use this form of eye makeup.
