...I got this liquid liner as a freebie when buying other Avon products. Normally, it costs about 4-4.50 pounds I think. I'm not a great eye-liner wearer, as I find that even the gentlest pencil liners bother my hard contact lenses making them feel Itchy and scratchy. The liquid liner turned out to be a good thing! It certainly was much easier on my eyes than a Clinique pencil liner which I had used before. The liner comes in the typical Avon blue/black boxes, which state the name of the product and not much else. The liner itself was in a dark thin plastic tube. Not being a pencil it won't wear down and get stubby and hard to hold. The tip of the liner is like a fine felt-tip pen. ...To begin with, this isnt technically an eyeliner-as its name suggests, its a body stencil liquid liner. It costs around 6.00, but is definitely worth the investment. Why use a body liner with all the other liquid liners on the market? To answer that simply-I'm fussy. Having used Rimmel liquid liner for years, i grew accustomed to the thicker, quite rigid applicator, and was more than mortified when they dis-continued the product, and introduced a new liner with a very unsatisfactory applicator. Like most of the liners out today, it had a few thin bending strands as an excuse for an applicator, which meant it was very difficult to apply accurately. ...I really like this little liquid eye-liner. You can get it in all kinds of colours that look good if used in the summer but I use black. It comes in a little expensive looking (but small) pen kinda thing thats black and gold. The brush you applie it with is good and it goes on really well and leaves a smudge free line. The colour was really dark black and looked good on top and below the eyes. I normally use pencil eye-liners as I find them better and easier especialy for day time wear,but i do like this liquid eye-liner. It didnt seem to run at all like some liquid eye-liners do and did stay-put all day long. The good thing is,you can make it look very subtle for th day and really dramatic for night. ...Rimmel's liquid eye liner is one item I am never short of! I have been buying it for years and it has served me very well! One tiny liquid liner bottle lasts for about 4 months, and it is a steal at only £4.49. I use it in black. The applicator can be used to create a thin or dramatic line. Always start applying from the middle of the eye (its much easier than a single sweep from the inner corner), and extend to the outer corner. This way, you can judge how thin to make the line at the inner corner....and there you have it...beautifully defined eyes! I would not recommend that liquid liner is used on the bottom lash line. Because of its liquid consistency, the liner is easily smudged if the eyes become even slightly moist. But on the upper lashline, it will last the whole day and stay put without smudging. ...I have tried numerous liquid liners because I love that defined and lasting look. I found a Boots No.7 liquid liner that I loved. Unfortunately they discontinued the brand and I was left, tragically, linerless!! I have tried other brands but there seem to be a few problems with liquid liner applicators. Even if the formulation is effective, it can be difficult to get on how you want it. I always apply liner to my upper lashes after I've put on some eye colour. I have found in the past that the brushes can be too thin and 'waggly' - by that I mean that the liner can be very wobbly to apply. You need a brush or applicator that is flexible enough to follow your eyes and yet not so inflexible that it does its own thing! ...Im glad I mislaid my beloved Ruby & Millie i-writer . I didnt get to the point of finding it so, I decided to get a better new liquid liner. The i-writer was the best liquid liner I'd ever found, so easy to use and apply. I deliberately decided to try a cheaper brand this time. I got myself a Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner liquid liner, for about half the price of an i-writer. This one has a nice felt pen type tip, which took a little bit of getting used, which i eventually did. It is a very deep black eyeliner which looks great when it is on. I dont want to sound so big headed but this eyeliner looks great on me without a doubt. It looks awsome when it is on and am glad i decided to try a cheaper brand. YEAH!... Read review

I hope it is all included now · The Bourjois Liner Parfait liquid eyeliner is presented in a small black and gold bottle that fits into a zip up compartment in your handbag nicely. Liquid eyeliner is a much more convenient idea than using a kohl pencil. I always seem to break ordinary wooden eye pencils when I try to sharpen them and end up with a two-inch stump. Eyeliners make your eyes look bright and clear. ...of goodies this time was the Avon Perfect Wear Liquid Eye Liner, which to be honest I was waiting for as my other had ran out and I felt naked without it when going out up town. I just wasn't myself at the thought of not having it on, its a women thing, you men will never understand. Haha. The Avon Liquid Eye Liner has got to be the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. I only wear liquid eye liner when getting tarted up to go up town, its not an everyday essential for me. Other brands I have felt don't just glide on and you need to apply with precision of you could ruin your whole make for the evening as its one of the last things that gets applied and may have to start again. ...You may be wandering why i'm writing a second eyeliner review,having already reviewed a liquid Bourjois liner. I love them both and am never without either-its a very technical business, eyeliner, ya know. (its also a girl thing, so sorry!) You see, you have liquid liner for your upper lids and kohl pencil for underneath the eye.With that out of the way, time for the review to continue... I've worn eyeliner for years, and as with the liquid liner, i am very fussy about which pencil i buy. If it is too hard, when applying, it scratches across the skin, and as you can imagine, this is rather painful as a daily routine. It also limits you to a very thin line of colour, and i like to wear it thickly.
