The Body Shop Lip Liner

Advantages: Soft, easy to use, attractive packaging
Disadvantages: Bit expensive but lasts well

...I've been using this product for a while now (since I was 15ish and I am now nearly 20) and it's the only lip liner that I buy as it does everything I could want it to do and it is great quality. This lip liner is quite expensive at £8 per 10 gram pencil but it does last really well (6 months at least even with regular use) and is good quality. There are 7 shades available which are: Beech, Clover Pink, Mauve Berry, Mahogany, Pink Brown, Nude and Rosy Red. I own this in Rosy Red which is a pinky red with a beige tint to it if you get what I mean! It's very well pigmented and gives a lovely subtle finish and acts as a great lip liner but can also be applied onto the lips and then smudged if that makes sense if you want a tiny tint of colour, it also is suprisingly conditioning so it doesn't dry the lips out like you would expect...

Review of The Body Shop Lip Liner

A lip liner that lasts!

Advantages: lasts all day, cheap, lovely colour, doesn't smudge

...As anyone who reads my reviews will know, I am a big fan of Barry M products and one thing from their range that I really love are their lip liners. I haven't always lined my lips, though recently I have noticed the difference they make as they can give your lips a natural looking definition and make them seem more 'plump', if done so in the right way. I purchased mine in Boots for £2.95, which I was happy to pay, especially as they had a 3 for 2 on across the range which meant I got it a little bit cheaper. They had around 5 or colours available in my store, though I think there may be more available as mine is quite a small store. Review of Barry M Lip Liner

Urban Decay Perfect Liquid Liner!

Advantages: Great staying power, amazing pigmentation.
Disadvantages: Can be hard to remove.

...I have been using Urban Decay for a while and after hearing lots of positive reviews for their liquid eyeliner I decided I should give it a try. I paid £12.50 from Boots and chose the black liner named 'Perversion'. The first thing to note it what a lovely design the bottle is! As with lots of Urban Decay products it looks like a little potion bottle! The top unscrews to reveal the liner brush, the wand goes into a point at the end as is not too long in length. I find the length of the wand is perfect as it allows me to work closely on my eye rather then feeling like my hand is far away due to an overly long brush wand! This eye liner has an actual brush with bristles, as oppose to the sponge tip applicators that some other brands come with. I realise this is personal preference but I much prefer using an eyeliner which has a brush...
