...Big Cook Little Cook...... Big Cook Little Cook is a programme that is aired on the CBeebies channel and is aimed at pre-school age children. The show has two presenters one big cook names Ben and a small cook named Small. (Of course, he is not actually small in real life but they have got an average sized person but filmed him so he appears to be about 5 inches tall). These two cooks own a cafe where different characters come to eat different types of food. They have characters from al the major fairy tales and of course on their Christmas show Father Christmas came to eat in the cafe. The programme is a little like a cookery show for children but a lot of adult help is needed. Also a lot of the food that is made i should think is not overly nice as it is a bit of a mixture of things put together to make something suitable...

...Here's a fun little game, but also for big adults to enjoy, similar to haribos only instead of eating them you play them, in this case they are known as a sackperson; a small character you can control and dress up. The game reminds my of a cross between crash bandicoot and mario except with much better graphics, real physics and highly interactive gameplay. ...Little Big Planet is a well designed game (concept wise) which can have you addicted in no time. The pre-made levels are interesting and unique, and are a lot of fun. The controls are easy to master which makes it the perfect game for all ages. It is very colourful and bold, with fun little gadgets and levels. The option to change your character and its appearance is innovative and makes it more personalised to each individual. I feel that the game is much more fun in multi player mode and online than as a single player mode. Especially since some of the levels require and extra player to get past certain areas. ...Ok, bare with me, this is probably the shortest review I've written in a while...you'll understand why it's so short once you've read it, as quite frankly it could have been summed up with a four letter expletive, that rhymes with 'twit'. ...One of my daughters' favourite TV programmes is Big Cook Little Cook which can be seen almost daily on the cbeebies channel. Bearing this in mine, when it was my daughter's third birthday, we thought we would get hold of the Big Cook Little Cook Party Cook Book to hopefully get some inspiration for some food ideas that little ones might like. The book comes as a spiral bound hardback and all of the pages are wipe clean which is a necessity if your child is going to help make the food. The book only contains fifteen recipes (which I don't think is very many) but these are both savoury and sweet so if you did want to make most of them there would be enough variety. The book is very bright and colourful with a picture of cheery Big Cook Ben and Little Cook Small on the cover. It definitely looks very appealing for young fans...
