.... However I was pleasantly surprised as I found this book gripping and a thoroughly enjoyable read. It was set as all her books are in Venice and I have started to learn more through the author about this fascinating city. I think what made the big difference for me was the storyline. It was such a thought proving and interesting subject of children being snatched by the Secret Police causing friction between them and the local Police. Not to mention the investigation to find out if the children were illegally adopted and the problems infertile couples experience that the story flowed well and with real purpose. The author dealt with this sensitive issue with compassion and a lot of understanding. Presenting the issues affecting all sides in the buying and selling of little children with thought and insight. He really suffers when an infection strikes and we have had nights where he has literally been screaming in pain all night. I rang my local Primary Care unit but they refused to see him until he'd had the pain 24 hours! ...In my opinion I think Nurofen for Children is a very good product and value for money. I have been using Nurofen for children with my two daughters. I have used it when they had fever and when they had pain or teething discomfort. On each occasion that I have used it their symptoms disappeared within a short period of time. I think it is a very good product and would recommend it to any parent. If something is not valuable to me, I do not buy it a second time. However, I think Nurofen for children is very good and so I will continue to buy it. I also find that it has a great taste so the children do not shy away from it as much as they do with other medicines....

PAIN RELIEF FOR CHILDREN

Advantages: Does not contain paracetamol
Disadvantages: can cause side effects

...I am not a huge user of paracetamol based medicines and was using Calpol for a while for my son and when I realised that here was now a Nurofen for children on the market in syrup form too I began to use that. I have been taking Nurofen for as long as I can remember, it contains brufen but doesn't contain any paracetamol at all so as an adult you can take this along with paracetamol but this is not recommended for children. Also this should not be used if your child suffers from asthma or has stomach pains (same goes for adults). It comes in a brown plastic bottle with a child proof lid on it (that goes without saying really) with the word Nurofen clearly marked on it in red letters on a grey background. It comes with a measureing guide which looks like a syringe, my son screamed when he first saw it until I had to reassure him...

Minimalistic and raw suburbia

Advantages: Excellent performances; subtle, minimalistic and haunting; unique in style
Disadvantages: Sometimes deviates from own style to match rivals; soundtrack doesn't always work

...Suburbia and the "apple pie" exterior it ostensibly presents, has always been a matter that has fascinated film makers. David Lynch, in his 1986 feature Blue Velvet, invented the concept of small town America that is perfect superficially, but has a rotten underbelly, with dark secrets and desires lurking at every corner. Indeed, the same idea has been toyed with over the years, most prominently in American Beauty and Desperate Housewives. The same is true of Todd Field's Little Children, suggesting that he is merely recycling the same idea, but the film proves itself to be something altogether unique and fresh.
