it's not your slide, it's my castle

Advantages: sturdy and great fun
Disadvantages: the children fight over it

...seem to be more suitable for my 4-year old now. However, none of them seem to be nearly as sturdy as the Little Tikes one I have, nor as adaptable, because the beauty of the Little Tikes slide is that it can be used both in and outdoors. The solid construction, in fact, has made it more of a lasting toy, because the children can be more adventurous with it, sliding down on their knees or running, with little risk of it toppling over. I know of nothing else that has lasted so well and appealed to so many children as this toy. In the end, my only complaint may be that it is hard to get rid of! Definitely recommended....

For Every Little Tyke

Advantages: Very stable, and suitable for indoors
Disadvantages: something else to use up more space in the garden

...My youngest monster has reached the dreaded climbing stage. If it`s any higher than a foot then it has to be climbed on. To save my sanity and my furniture I took her to the local park during the summer and she fell in love with the slide. The only problem now is, that being winter my garden is like a muddy swamp and I don`t really want her playing in it. This is where the Little Tikes slide comes in handy. Made of light weight durable plastic, it is the perfect size for my little girl and is small enough to use either indoor or outdoor. When it`s not in use or during the decent weather then it`s kept in the garden. When she wants to play with it I can give it a quick hose down to get rid of the accumulated dirt, dry it off and put it in the living room. A slide for indoors and outdoors

...We have a Little Tikes slide that has been in our family for almost 15 years now. That's right I said 15 years. I purchased it way back in 1987 when my oldest son was just learning to walk. Today it has survived through both my sons, my sisters son, and now her 2 year old daughter is enjoying it. Of course Little Tikes is a product brand name that speaks for itself as far as quality and durability goes. They will withstand all types of weather and "abuse" from child play. The basic construction of the Little Tikes Slide is two pieces of molded plastic. The one we have is orange slide, with blue steps. The plastic molding is all safely smooth and rounds without any sharp points that could harm a child or clothing. ...This Little Tikes Activity Gym is great for young children and creates a fun environment which is also safe. The activity gym comes in a large box which contained all the parts. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Looking at the gym all you needed to do is slot in the pieces. This was true as the pieces did have to be slotted together but getting them together was the hard bit. You need someone strong who can force the sections together but at least the instructions are easy to follow so you don't go wrong (imagine having to undo it and reassemble it!). The activity gym is brightly coloured meaning more fun for the children. Be warned that the colours do not remotely blend in with any surroundings so don't be alarmed when you have this bright coloured object in the middle of your garden.
