...The Living Room Manchester What is it? The Living Room is a luxurious bar and restaurant located in the heart of Manchester on trendy Deansgate in a great location for shopping and nights out. There are lots of other bars and restaurants surrounding the Living Room (including places such as Est, Est, Est, Pizza Express, Cafe Rouge etc) and it is only five + minutes walk away from Victoria train station. What's there? As you enter on the ground floor you are in the bar area which is known as the living room. Here you can eat during the day (you can also opt to eat upstairs in the dining room, but you tend to need to book more often than not to eat upstairs) as well as enjoy the wide range of drinks and the great coffee (I love the cappuccino here). The prices are pretty much in line with most other city centre bars...

The Living Room - London Heddon Street

...Having been reccomended The Living Room as a place to eat I booked my work christmas lunch at The Living Room in Piccadilly (Heddon Street). There was a set menu for pre-bookings which was £35 per head for a three course. We did not have to book in advance just pay £5 per head deposit (which is then taken off the bill). We arrived on time and were seated straight away upstairs. We had a table that was plenty big enough for our party of 8 (although one person couldn\'t come at the last minute). The menu looked fantastic is was hard to decide what to choose. In each of the starter and main options there was two meat, a fish and a vegetarian option.
