...I have owned a loewe lcd tv for about 2 years. It is fantastic. Its appearance always catches the eye of visitors. My tv has a motorised stand which means you can control the movement of the tv from your remote control or simply program the tv to turn to your desired position when turning it on. This TV does not have to be purchased with a motorised stand as you also have the option of free standing or mounting to a wall. The TVs clarity is second to none and the options available to you regarding your picture,sound, etc is excellent. The downside to this TV is that is it pricey. Including the motorised stand you are looking at about £3000. BUT i have found 'you get what you pay for' A true quality TV....

Eyelure Individual Lashes

Advantages: look natural, comes with glue

...I naturally have very short, stubby lashes and wanted to try something a bit more permanent than mascara to enhance them, so i purchased these Eyelure Individual Lashes from Superdrug, as they claim to last up to 3 to 4 weeks. The box they are packaged in has a clear plastic window so you can see the actual lashes. There are 3 rows - short lashes, medium and long, so you can vary lengths as you go along the lash line. The lashes come with instructions and small bottle of adhesive. When i went to apply the lashes, the instructions stated that a small amount of adhesive should be placed on a bit of foil and the lashes dipped in before application. Even this was a bit inconvenient, as i didn't have much foil to hand. The whole process was just fiddly. As I went to apply a lash, i would press down in an attempt to fix the adhesive. Almost...

Compared with the Sony/Pioneer/Philips and JVC models on offer I felt the Individual 32 had the sharpest picture, displayed the greatest amount of detail and produced the best sound amongst the 20 or so available. Specifically it shows amazing levels of detail during dark scenes - even better than the Philips Plasma they had in store! The special offer in House of Fraser that day made the TV irresistible. ...I still live with my parents and this is the TV magazine that they buy. I don't see the point in buying another TV magazine just for me. I read this magazine more than I actually watch the television. Due to exams, drama, sign language and ciao I don't watch very much television. However, every now and then I do sit down and watch an episode of Eastenders or Coronation Street, with my mam. I don't need to watch every episode to know what is going on. Apart from the fact that usually nothing much is happening, I can read the TV quick to catch up. TV Quick come out weekly and costs 70p. We get it delivered from our local newsagents with our newspaper. We usually get it on the Tuesday, before the TV listings in the magazine starts.
