I bought this device about 3 months ago and will never look back! it has served me well and will continue to serve me well for the foreseeable future...
when i first recieved this mouse, it was packaged well and came with a nice user friendly set up, drivers and sofware... it did take me a few hours to get used to not moving my hand all about the place, and for a split second was getting confused as to why the cursor wasnt moving when i moved the mouse! but it didnt take long to get used to it at all, and is a lot easier to use than the standard arm flailing of a regular mouse!
as you can see from the picture, the mouse wheel is manipulated by the thumb, which is a brilliant idea, and one of those things that should have been...

See your way to buying an optical mouse
Advantages: Quick, easy to use, good features, not expensive
Disadvantages: Mine broke in the end
...I was really pleased with this when I first got it.
I love the idea of a cordless mouse, as I am left-handed and everyone else in my family is right handed so I was always moving wires round the back of the monitor to get the thing in the right position for me to use at the family desktop.
So seeing this for under £20 in PC World - I had to buy. Liked it so much at home, I bought one to use at work too.
THINGS I LIKE ABOUT IT:
1. It is cordless.
2. It's by Logitech, who are good with device drivers, so you can usually plug and play in any computer. If you have a problem their drivers are easy to get hold of on the internet.
3. It has a scroll wheel in the middle, which once you are used to using (to go up and down a page on screen) it is hard to do without.
4. It feels nice in your hand, and crucially for me, is equally...

Excellent quality Keyboard & Mouse from Logitech!
Advantages: Hot keys, looks smart, warns you when batteries are running low
Disadvantages: Stands on bottom of keyboard are not strong enough
...I purchased this Logitech S510 wireless mouse and keyboard a few years ago when I was getting my own computer. I had previously used a wired keyboard with hot keys which was good, but it started to show signs of wear and tear and so I wanted everything new, including a mouse and keyboard. I wasn't too fussy but I did want a keyboard with hot keys, as I had become so used to using them, and by a trustworthy brand, not by a brand that I had never heard of before. Also, I wanted it to be wireless, as having wires out everywhere can look messy and untidy, and even though they can be hidden behind the computer desk, they always managed to get tangled up.
