...An easy, plug'n'play sound system in cute-looking body with great performance. I was looking for new speakers for my laptop but then I decided I wanted more than just speakers and started searching through the lists of 2.1 and 5.1 sound systems. Originally I was about to buy a 5.1, but I realized such a set wouldn't be smart for a laptop which I wanna carry around and have it now on my desk, then on my bed, then on the floor etc, for which a 5.1 felt too much of cables and mass. I'm happy about my decision since the Logitech X-230 has proven to live up to the expectations based on what they promise, the sound is clear, full and I find it great for both music, games or movies. The subwoofer bass is strong and full, perfectly satisfying for almost cinema movie experience. You can hear hardly any noise and the volume range is wide enough...

A neat little webcam, perfect for VOIP.

Advantages: Neat, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Manual information is a little lacking in places.

A blue LED at the base of the lens tells you when the camera is active. The camera measures about 6 x 4 cm (not including the base). Logitech provide great sound again!

Advantages: Look good, sound good, user-friendly, easy to set up, plug into any headphone jack
Disadvantages: A lot of wires

...I was bought these speakers after previously owning Logitech X230 which had been subject to wear and tear. I was extremely impressed with the price vs quality of these speakers. They are easy to set up with colour-coded cables so you can't go wrong, they're easy to plug into a headphone jack, so they're really versatile, even your iPod. They quality of the sound is very good for the price. There is a control attached to them where you can alter the volume and also bass. On the control is also an on/off button. I find being able to alter the bass extremely useful, especially as I have a flat and late and night I'm never sure if the bass is too loud for my neighbours! The only problem I have with the speakers is that there are a lot of cables, this is due to the fact that there are 2 speakers attached to the subwoofer, then...

Trust Webcam - Great for the price!

Advantages: The price of the product is great at £9.99
Disadvantages: Adjusting the focus is difficult and I broke the headphones as there werent clear instructions

...I first brought this product for £9.99 in a somerfield store when thier new Robert Dyas section was built. I believed that I had a good bargain because webcams appear to be all the range these days and it seems I was right. After taking the webcam out of the box, I installed it on my PC and away I went. The webcam focuses well and the settings can be adjusted by using the softwares easy to use interface. If you require more focusing there is also a dial on the face of the webcam whichs allows you to do so. To show that the webcam is turned on, A little blue light is positioned just below the lens. Also with this webcam there were a pair of headphones, Which although looked good at first, happened to break after I tried putting them on. Perhaps clearer instructions on the box or in the manual may have prevented the disaster from happening...
