Logitech wireless Mouse M305 - a great replacement for a dud

Advantages: wireless with more freedom, responsive, comfortable.
Disadvantages: more expensive than a wired mouse.

...In November 2009 I bought a Logitech M305 wireless mouse, which cost £19.99 at Currys. General information Logitech was founded in 1981 in Switzerland and is a world leader in mice. The M305 wireless mouse is designed for use with laptops and is very comfortable in the hand. It looks the same as the picture you can see on ciao website i.e. grey colour with black feature. However if you visit Logitech?s website you can see it?s available in 7 colours. I would describe the size as standard for a laptop mouse. It has a two-button design with a single scroll wheel in-between. However the palm rest is a little taller and more arched than most mice on the market. ...I love these things! My keyboard and mouse are awesome for me. I sometimes get cold, and my laptop is by my bed, so instead of getting up and being cold, I get under the covers and just take the keyboard and put it on top. It is very, very, very convenient.. And my mouse pad it kind of slippery, so the mouse slides off sometimes, but there still aren't any scratches or other damages done to it yet. Logitech Wireless Keyboard/Mouse - Very Good

Advantages: Works well, looks nice and is small and compact

...I bought this wireless keyboard/mouse set when I got my laptop back in March 2008. I wanted to spare my laptop keys and mousepad as much as I could so this seemed like the best option. I haven't really have any worries with it apart from times when my boyfriend is using his microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse next to mine for his laptop and they can sometimes interfere with eachother. It's not that noticable though so it is only a small issue if at all. The keyboard has very nice soft keys, nice and paddy to the touch. Easy to type with and looks good too, being black and sleek. It hasn't got unnecessary bulk around it which I noticed that quite a few others have, so it is good for tucking away when it's not in use or for transporting, I have taking it out with me and my laptop with ease before. ...I bought this mouse about 2 years ago to replace my age-old wireless MicroSoft mouse, which was finally biting the dust after a lengthy life in service. I chose this mouse over the (at the time) over the Logitech MX 518 because of the added benefits of having a high DPI laser mouse for gaming. The weight of the mouse is customisable by means of inserting small (4.5g and 1.7g) weights into a neat little cartridge that lives underneath the mouse. The problem with the Microsoft mice were the USB dongle was so long and it was top heavy, so it caused a intermittent fault where the dongle would not register as being plugged in unless giving it a waggle, not very good to the mouse, never alone your computer. So I bought the Logitech, the small dongle was the main selling point to me from first glance. But having used it for a few months now I can see it has much more going for it. It is very responsive, and very light and easy to use. I use it for generally browsing the internet and using my MacBook from day to day. I also use it to play World of Warcraft and it works like a charm because it fits the contour of your hand making it very comftable. In my opinion this mouse is great...
