L'oreal - this time i really am worth it!
Review of L'Oreal Elvive Nutri-Gloss conditioner by
dcookoo
Advantages: excellent softness,*shine and life,*gorgeous smell
Disadvantages: i honestly can not think of any*
...) and magzine averts ( i can recall seeing lots of the nutri-gloss ads in magazines)
Laetitia Casta is so beautiful in the advertisment it is enough to make you want to buy the stuff because her hair is so long, shiny and well simply stunning! and yes i do think she has wonky teeth but i think her flaws just make her beautiful
*the L'oreal Evive Nuri-Gloss range"
1. the nutri-gloss shampoo
2. the nutri-gloss conditinor
3. the nutri-gloss masque: intense 1 minute treatment
4. the nuri-gloss leave-in creame
all these products are avalive in all stores including boots and superdrug.
*my experience*
the conditinor is great for heathy, detangled hair.i own all of the nutri-gloss range. in my experience the masque,( which you should only use once a week), which you have on for one minute is more effective for shine. the leave -in treatment...

Review of L'Oreal Solar Expertise Active Anti Wrinkle Anti Brown Spot Sun Cream SPF50 by
lillamarta
Advantages: A high protection, versatile, non-barrier sunblock cream
Disadvantages: Price, but it's worth it
...thought that only middle-aged women got these spots on their hands and arms.
When I got back to London, I just carried on with the usual SPF 15 enriched face creams I was using at the time. I didn't go out and buy any anti-brown spot cream after I got back from my holidays, simply because I didn't find any of the products capable of doing the job other than bleaching the skin or masking the impurities.
Selection
After a thorough look through the solar product section in Superdrug, I found one remaining bottle of L'Oreal Solar Expertise Active Anti-Wrinkle & Anti-brown Spot SPF 50+ and the same product with SPF 20+. Amazingly, they were on Buy One Get One Free so I picked up the SPF 20+ as well, though I would have preferred if both had been SPF 50+ but these were their remaining stock. I finally paid 11.50 for two 50ml bottles...

A cream to watch over me
Review of Avon Hydrofirming Cream Night Treatment by
amyturtle
Advantages: Long lasting moisturisation, price
Disadvantages: Some might prefer it to sink in faster
...Treatment was just what I needed. It took an effort to stop myself from falling straight into bed, but I knew I’d be really grateful the next day if I could just take care of my skin.
I first discovered this wonderful product about seven years ago and there’s been a jar of it sat on my dressing table ever since. Not the same jar, I hasten to add. There have been quite a few in between. This in itself is unusual for me. I love trying new things and it takes a lot to keep me loyal to a product, but for the foreseeable future this lovely cream will be a part of my life.
So what’s it like? Well it comes in a 50ml dark blue glass jar with a white plastic lid with a gold coloured rim. It looks very classy and a darn sight more expensive than the measly £8 you’ll have to shell out for this. I realise this is more expensive than many...

fade out leg treatment cream
Review of Fade Out Extra Care Active Fade Cream by
jane2002
Advantages: conceals while it clears problems
Disadvantages: none
...This is a brilliant product which i'm sure will be of use to a lot of people out there. It is a leg treatment cream, which is pumped full of vitamin k, and Arnica extract. Vitamin k promotes healthy blood and tissue repair, whilst the Arnica reduces bruising and scarring.
Altogether the ingrediants of this product helps to clear up unsightly spider viens, blemishes, uneven tone and scarring too. But what is really good about this cream is that it is ever so slightly tinted and quite thick but not too thick, so when you massage the cream in ,it covers what your trying to cover up whilst clearing up and mending at the same time.
I have been using this cream myself now for the past month to cover up two long scars that run behind both of my knees (i got the dogs retractable lead wrapped round my legs! dont ask but it was painful...

Expensive cream- eye!
Review of L'Oreal Plenitude Revitalift Eyes Anti-Wrinkle + Firming Cream by
j_wozza
Advantages: nice smell
Disadvantages: Didn't do what it claimed, expensive.
...At the age of 28, I noticed fine lines appearing under my eyes and (joy!) bags. With no time to loose, I went to the beauty aisle at Asda. I saw the eye creams, many were expensive, this one was Loreal, what I assumed was a good make, looked good and contained Pro-Retinol A and Par Elastyl to 'fight against the signs of ageing specific to the eye area with a triple action: anti-wrinkle, firming and reduces the appearance of bags'.
It was a small 15ml tub and cost about £8.69. My husband looked abit miffed by its price. Still, I was convinced by its claims that 80% of users notice an improvement in fine lines within 2-6 weeks.
I began using it twice a day. It went on easily and was absorbed well. The smell was nice too. I kept checking after several days and weeks to see if the lines had improved, they hadn't and didn...

Elizabeth Arden Hand Cream To The Rescue.
Review of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Eight Hour Cream Intensive Moisturising Hand Treatment by
tue-s-day
Advantages: Effective handcream, heals dry hands. I like the smell of it.
Disadvantages: Price - exspensive. You may not like its smell.
...This is by far the best handcream I have ever used. I have always struggled to keep my hands looking good in Winter. A combination of the weather and being sensitive to household cleaning products has always left me with dry and cracked hands by January and February.
Fortunately for me last week someone decided to give me a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Intensive Hand Treatment to try . The moisturising handcream I was using at that time was having little effect. As I applied the Elizabeth Arden cream I noticed that it has a pleasant clean smell rather than a perfumed fragrance. I was in some doubt that it would be any better than previous products I had tried. Before I started to apply it my hands were stinging and had tiny open cracks on the knuckles. I was suprised that as I smoothed the cream on it did not smart...

CREAM FOR CRONES!
Review of L'Oreal Age Re-Perfect Pro-calcium by
Louizalass
Advantages: At last a cream especially for older skins - and it works!
Disadvantages: None
...At last, a skin product that is not only aimed specifically at women of a certain age but the makers, L'Oreal, were wise enough to use older women to endorse it.
However, why L'Oreal chose 70-year-old Jane Fonda as one of their endorsers, is beyond me. A lovely woman she is, but natural she 'aint. The surgical intervention against the advancing years on her physog is well documented and deep down most women know that the application of a humble moisturiser, even if it contained the carefully harvested sloughed off skin of Snow White is not going to eradicate ten years.
So, with the looming horror of a face like slack Alice there wasn't a moment to lose in my test of yet another anti-aging moisturiser. Hah! As if a cream can literally keep the years standing still.
That said, I found the results of this moisturiser to be very...

LOREAL ANTI DANDRUFF SHAMPOO
Review of L'Oreal Elvive Anti-Dandruff Shampoo by
kismet
Advantages: clean hair, no dandruff
Disadvantages: none so far
...L'Oreal have produced a new shampoo for dandruff treatment.
According to L'Oreal, it contains the active ingredients of:
Actirox - this acts from the first use to eliminate dandruff and top it from coming back
Equaderm - this cleanses, and restores the scalps natural balance.
The shampoo is recommend for normal to greasy hair.
This product appears to have been relaunched, as I have a bottle in my cupboard that I bought ages ago, and that is greay and says Anti Dandruff shampoo for men on it. L'oreal have now obviously decided that women get dandruff too.
L'Oreal state that there are proven results where dandruff disappears and your hair is left shiny with no scalp irritation.
L'Oreal recommend that you use their product every day for optimum efficiency and results.

L'Oreal Pure Zone,they say I'm worth it.
Review of L'Oreal Pure Zone Instant Moussing Purifying Gel Wash by
mamok
Advantages: Stops shine, Helps clear up skin
Disadvantages: It dosnt last that long, it cleared skin for a while but lost its effectiveness
...I bought this in my local Tesco a while back so i cant remeber how much it cost but i dont think its more than £5. The bottle says its new but its not on the boots website or on the L'Oreal site either so i dont know whats that about.
As I am a teenager you can imagine that I have tried about almost every acne treatment available but L'Oreal was something I hadn't tried yet (and if you have read my other reviews they all contain something positive about L'Oreal) so I thought I'd give it a whirl.
Well initially I was pleased with the results as it cleared my skin but after about 2 weeks it seemed as if it had lost its effectiveness. The botlle says '1press=1 application' well, that was a bit of a laugh I think I must have wasted loads just trying to get the amount I needed right so thats some of my money down the sink! It wahes off...

The karma of a brilliant anti dandruff treatment
Review of L'Oreal Elvive Intensive Anti-Dadruff Shampoo Treatment by
Bagabargain
Advantages: Affordable, well packaged, IT WORKS by soothing itchiness and irradicating flakes.
Disadvantages: Leaves you rather smelly but ok if you are a billy no mates.
...get karma. I found a side effect and quite an embarrasing one. Selenium when wet lets off a bad smell, similar to rotten eggs. I thought I had something wrong with my washing machine but after washing my towel with my clothes, they came out smelling bad until they dried, but if the wearer of clothes then sweats or gets wet, the smell reappears and is very pungent. It is so bad, I have had to apologise and tried desperate for people to understand its not how I smell but a side effect of a dandruff treatment.
So weigh it up, do you want to carry on with an itchy, flaky scalp or do you want to smell like you have bathed in stink bombs....
