...This fragrance is like no other I have ever come across. It is totally unique. Recently new to the market but an instant classic. I sell perfume for a living in Harvey Nichols and this is a perfume adored by all. I've never once sprayed this on to someone's arm and they not have liked it. It can be worn by all ages. It's a long lasting perfume, the scent lingers with you all day. Recognisable. Classed as an oriental floral fragrance. It contains notes of hyacinth and citron, jasmine, pink pepper, fresh vetiver, orris absolute, amber patchouli and white musk. Very romantic and seductive. This product is available in 50ml, 100ml and now handbag size 3x30ml, as well as a range of bath time products. ...I got this perfumes for my birthday from my boyfriend's parents. They knew that I liked them as I found tester in one magazine some time ago and I was going to buy them myself. However they were quicker. There are few things which I would highly recommend in this product. First of all- fragrance. You have probably seen an advert and you need to admit it's a bit mysterious, seductive and it makes impression. There's no difference with the smell. If I would need to use only one world to describe it- it would be Seductive. This composition is very strong that's why I would rather discourage you of using it in the morning. All the senses are very sensitive in the morning and these perfumes may irritate you or even entourage. I remember when I spray it few times on me in the morning, it almost made me sneezing. It may be hard to believe but...

...Miss Sixty Eau De Toilette Spray I do love my perfumes and I think my friends and family are pleased that I am so easy to buy for at birthdays and Christmas. I often like most perfumes and find that each fragrance has a particular time of the year or time of the day where it is suited to. I do of course have my favourites and this Miss Sixty perfume is one of them. I have used up I would say at least 2 or 3 bottles of this stuff since it came out about 3 years ago. This means I must use quite a lot because I have such a wide variety in the bathroom and these Miss Sixty bottles hold a fair bit of the perfume. I am mostly bought perfumes from people and don?t end up having to pay anything for them and I think this bottle is no different. LouLou - is it toilet water!!!

Advantages: lasts forever on the skin and not expensive
Disadvantages: not the most up to date fragrance

...give it a smell actually - it has one all of its own - i can quite honestly say that there has never been another one like it - altho i think at the time it came out most perfumes were like that - Poison was another with a smell that knocked you sideways - a statement perfume !! I have recently purchased this again - i think mainly for the sentimental value - not because i particularly like it but because it reminds me of my wild child days in the local wine bar. Unfortunately this is not one to be recommended. And if you do buy - dont over do the spraying you will probable kill everything within a 5 mile radius....

...A little bit of histoy about Givenchy: Hubert De Givenchy was born in France in 1927. He designed for many of the famous French fashion houses. In 1952 he opened his own Fashion house,his designs for Audrey Hep burn in `Breakfast at Tiffanys` popularised the sleeveless high bosom dress. Givenchy showed his very last couture collection in 1995. Product and packaging: Amarige is very beautifully and elegantly presented in a clear glass bottle with a `sculpted` glass stopper. The outer box being a lavish red and gold. A 50 ml spray is available at Beauty Bay for £25.49 The fragrance notes: Neroli,Mandarin,Violets,Gardenia,Ylang-Ylang,Mimosa,Ambergris Musk and Vanilla. Mistrial - Lou Reed

Advantages: a couple of decent songs
Disadvantages: too much avearge material and average production

...Arguably the least regarded Lou Reed album, Mistrial just seems to receive indifference from most people. It doesn't upset anyone, like Metal Machine Music did, nor does it excite audiences in the way that Transformer did. Mistrial consists of ten average songs, played competently, sung ok, and produced ok. And that's about it. There's nothing that really stands out, the resolutely 1986 production utilises very basic drum machines for the first and last time in Lou's history, and everything sounds rather boomy and upfront, but hollow and lacking in substance. The ttle track at least features a cracking melody, but Mama's Got A Lover, whilst not a bad song, sounds like a bad Lloyd Cole copy. A rather bizarre achievment sounds like a bad copy of someone who sounds like a bad copy of Lou Reed. "Video Violence" has a sparky sound but...

Sad Song I wouldn't recommend this album to anyone who has just bought Transformer because they like Perfect day or Walk on the Wild Side or anyone with just a passing interest in the man. This is not an easy listen - its Lou Reeds concept album about the breakdown of a marriage between Jim & Caroline and the mental collapse that follows. It was produced by Bob Ezrin - a legendary producer who has worked with everyone from Lou to Pink Floyd to Janes Addiction - and the album sounds like it was recorded in Reeds head. Opening song Berlin sets the tone with its creepy opening bars and its sparse lyrics about how they met by the Berlin Wall...
