Another thorny, full of twists and turns film, including drama, romance and a surprising touch of comedy . . . is Love For Rent, which was showing on one of my (usual) favourite movie channels. The title of the film doesn?t sound buoyant, but when watching the film you will get it. It had a hidden message that left me questioning many things after seeing that film. Advantages: Fun, entertaining, good musical numbers, Marilyn Monroe

You can make your mind up but I loved this book!

Advantages: An enjoyable light read
Disadvantages: none!

...and not too complicated. This story moves along at a good pace with the main plot being interwoven with lots of little sub plots along the way. I will just give a brief outline of the story. The central character is Lottie who is a single mother with two young children. Lottie has not really had a love life to speak of for years, until she meets Tyler Klein her new boss. Tyler is everything she could wish for and more buth there is just one small problem (well two small problems)...Lottie's children. Nat and Ruby take an instant dislike to their Mum's new boyfriend, and put so many obstacles in their way that it makes it impossible for her to carry on seeing him. On to the scene comes Seb. ...for the viewer. Although this film was extremely popular and 'bigged up' at it's time of release I hadn't actually seen it and didn't really know that much about it, (I was twelve at the time). The first time I saw it was on the last day of term before the school Christmas holidays about three years ago, and thought it was a great way to say goodbye to the rest of my classmates before Christmas. It was a film that definitely made us feel good when walking through the school gates after watching it. I love the magical feeling when watching this film. It's such a great Christmas film and I don't think it would have worked so well if the storyline hadn't revolved around Christmas. Advantages: Great acting, Gritty atmosphere, Good character development

...~ Love Triangle ~ The Edge of Love was released last year and I received it through Lovefilm. I sat down with my mum Friday night to watch it with the fire on and a glass of wine. I don?t realty tend to watch a lot of romance drama films and generally like action and comedies but both me and my mum thought it looked pretty good. I had seen an advert on the TV a while back about it and it was intriguing. It didn?t give away anything and was just random images. ...I decided to buy this perfume after reading a review in a magazine about it. It was very positive so I thought it would be the best perfume ever. It was also because it was Sarah Jessica Parker who I love that I had to get it. As I wasn't sure about if I'd like it, I only bought the 30 ml bottle which was £18 from Superdrug (though I'm sure you can get it cheaper). The bottle doesn't really stand out but it is still pretty. The bottle is an oval shape which is light pink tinted glass. The lake is a circle shape which is also tinted light pink glass with a gold spray dispenser which is visible through the lid. It came in a pink box with the writing on it in gold. The smell is very sweet and feminine but one of my friends thought it was too sweet so if you aren't keen on very sweet smells, this isn't for you! It includes notes...

...Since I got Freeview I love watching the shopping channels (I don't know how sad that makes me!), and that's what first made me decide to get into card making. I was watching Ideal World one day when they had a craft hour on, and they were making the most beautiful cards. The only thing that put me off starting straight away was the price of some of the equipment needed - handmade papers, embossing kits etc. can be fairly expensive. It was a good six months later before I actually got around to making my first cards.
