I thought they may be quite dry or lacking in flavour seeing as they are low fat but they're not at all. The sponge is what it should be-spongy! With a nice texture with the carrot. The tray inside the cardboard box houses all 6 slices which I think is a negative point I can find. Easy Peasy Tasty Greek Lamb And Low Fat Too

Advantages: Easy, tasty low(ish) fat roast lamb. Yum
Disadvantages: Fairly expensive. No roast potatoes.

Upon emigrating to the UK, I discovered the Sunday Roast. The Sunday Roast was sometimes beef, sometimes pork, and sometimes lamb. At first, I'd only eat it if it was covered in an herby crust, and so its flavour was masked. As time went on, however, I learned to appreciate the stronger flavour of lamb, and now prefer it to the much blander beef roast. Of course, we all know that roast dinners are not necessarily the slimmer's choice. Roast potatoes drown in fat, and the gravy includes the fatty juices at the bottom of the pan. Low Fat, Low Price, In Fact Reasonable Value from Tesco

Advantages: A low fat and low price yoghurt
Disadvantages: High in sugar

...pleasant and not glutinous as I first thought that it would be. As you spoon the yoghurt out of the pot you do have to pay extra attention to ensure that the sides of the pot are scraped at the same time, so that none is wasted. I have had a quick run through of the list of ingredients and the list comprises of water, syrup, strawberries and strawberry concentrate, modified maize starch, pectin and natural flavouring. The yoghurt also contains carrot concentrate which I would imagine adds colour. Each 9p pot contains 100 calories, maybe a slightly higher calorie count than some low fat yoghurt's, 3.5g protein, 18.6g of carbohydrate, 18.6g of sugar, which again seems high. 0.9g of fat, 0.6g saturates and 0.4gof fibre plus a trace of sodium. The Tesco Value strawberry low fat yoghurt seems a little high on sugar to me, so maybe this is one...

...Heres a nice, low fat, satisfying pasta recipe which is good for lunch or tea! Ingredients penne pasta 200g (enough for 2-3 people) 3 rashers of unsmoked bacon tenderstemmed brocolli (as much as you want) 80ml of low fat creme fraiche olive oil 1. Add a teaspoon of olive oil to frying pan 2. Cut up rashers of bacon and add. Fry for 2 minutes (or until crisp to liking) 3. Cut florets of brocolli off, leave whole and add to bacon. Fry for 2 minutes. Then cover with saucepan lid on a low heat (allows the mixture to steam) 4. Meanwhile add penne pasta to boiling water and cook to perfection. 5. After pasta is cooked add to bacon and brocolli mix. Stir in and mix. 6. Add creme fraiche to pasta, bacon and brocolli, and mix in to warm. Serve immediately.
