...Low fat Yogurt ? what can you say about it. Yes it is reasonably low in fat, the 150g pot contains 4.1g of fat, but it is fairly high in carbohydrate containing 21g but overall 147 cals isn?t too bad for the average person just wanting to enjoy a yogurt. Perhaps, not for people who are really counting their intake of calories.
