The hair care range is aimed at brunette's and have everything from shampoo's and conditioners to serum's and spray's. John Frieda also caters for blonde's and redheads, noticeable by the colour scheme on all of the products. I have always found the Brilliant Brunette range to be of an excellent quality, and using their shampoo's and conditioner's certainly enhances my natural colour, I've actually been complemented and asked if I'd had my hair dyed, even my hair dresser asked! Effective as a Colour Glaze but a bit messy

...At the time when I bought the Colour Glaze, it was a new addition to the John Frieda range, I happened to be using the Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner and I'd recently spent enough at Boots for them to give me a £2 off professional haircare voucher at the till. I'd never coloured my hair before and when I bought this it was described along the lines of being a colour "enhancer" rather than an actual dye. As one would gather from the fact that I'm reviewing a product for brunettes with "Chocolate to Espresso" toned hair, mine is pretty dark brown so I wasn't looking to colour it, just to make it look nicer. Consulting now with John Frieda's website for purposes of accuracy, the company describe it as a "gel-creme formula" and although it informs me that the product is not a permanent hair colour and "will not lift or lighten...

LUMINES: 21st Century Tetris

Advantages: Addictive game play, cool graphics and tunes
Disadvantages: Not many game modes, Single Skin mode can be a bit sameish

...Lumines is probably one of the titles that made the PSP. Since then there has been ports to the Xbox Live network, the mobile phone and recently the PC making it a well known puzzle game. It is very addictive and I can safely say it is the new Tetris. Game play is simple and the interface modern, as I noticed when I first accessed the main menu. Lumines - A rather daft name for a great game.

Advantages: Addictive "Tetris Style" Game for those who prefer "retro-type" gaming
Disadvantages: If you prefer more modern 3D gaming this may not be your thing

Lilly Is Not So Luminous, but Her Friends Shine Brightly.

Advantages: Fascinating characters, brilliantly descriptive, leaves you thinking for hours after

Lumines rocks!

Advantages: Great music, original, great looking.
Disadvantages: addictive, and boring if you cant get to a next level.

Its a brilliant original type of game, where you have to make a box of 4 boxes of the same colour, and when the line moves past it, they dissapear, and you get the points for it. You can make more than a box of 4 boxes, if you add another 2 on to the left or right, then it turns into a box of 6, etc. which you get more points for, so it ends up being a mad rush to chuck on as many extra boxes to the box before the line makes it dissapear. Advantages: Great graphics, lower price than before, fun music, lots of downloadable content.
Disadvantages: Hard work to master, Too addictive!

...This goes down in my books as one of the best Xbox Live Arcade titles out there. It takes minutes to begin playing and have fun, whilst it takes hours of hard work to truely master. The gameplay itself is similair to Tetris, although the player has to combine blocks of colour in groups of 4 or over in order to score as many points as possible. It is extremely addictive. There is also a Puzzle Mode and a Time Attack Mode to vary the style of gameplay. The graphics are fun, with a selection of background themes each with unique accompanying music. All of the levels are bright and vibrant, adding to the fun and playability of the game.
