...It was not going to win a first place in a beauty contest! I thought observing the not-so-round and primitive Capricciosa pizza the waiter had just served me after not much of a wait together with my friend's Tagliatelle della Casa. The La Luna restaurant has a cosy feeling that you won't expect from outside, sandwiched as it is between some run-down shops in a quite unpolished building down Walworth Road, Southwark. It has no more than a dozen of tables, all set on one level with an oven and a preparation area positioned in the middle of the floor. The atmosphere is definitely Italian but without the cliché Venice gondoliers or opera singers pictured on the walls. In the background contemporary Italian songs were playing and the flat screen TV on the far off wall had the sound off. The menu is of a manageable size...

The most beautiful phone so far..... 8600 Luna

Advantages: beautiful design, veryeasy to use, fantastic new features
Disadvantages: quite heavy, some old features

...In my opinion the 8600 luna is one of the most beautiful phone from noki and i think it will be for a while. Most of the phone is made from stainless steel which makes the phone really durable unlike some other phones. The sliding style along with the smoked screen make this phone look really classy and expensive, but it isn't. Currently i'm on a contract of £35 a month, which is fab. The phone comes with a fabulous new 2 megapixel camera which takes excellent quality photos along woth picture perfect video clips to capture those special moments. The camera lens are protected by the sliding back which is really useful as my phones tend to fall on the floor quite often. The classic menu which is like the one in 6230i is further upgraded and animated. One option in the menu is the media option which has the media and mesuc player along...

Mamas & Papas Luna Buggy - the good and not so good....

Advantages: Ease of folding and assembly, funky design, comfortable for baby
Disadvantages: poor carrycot hood design, prone to tipping backwards, bulky raincover

...I have recently bought the cress Mamas and Papas Luna buggy. The carrycot was £70 extra - you need this if you want to use the buggy prior to your baby being 6 months old. The good points about this buggy for me were primarily the funky green colour, I also think the style of this buggy is very desirable. It is very easy to put up and fold down. The suspension is very good and seems to make for a comfortable ride for baby. The way that the carrycot and buggy hoods are designed to cover the baby mean that he/she is completely protected from sun and light rain. This was great in also settling the baby as the absence of light and distraction meant he went to sleep almost immediately. Now the not so good points... The buggy's rain cover is quite big and bulky and seems to take up most of the space in the not over large undercarriage...

...music on your phone whilst on the bus or to talk on the phone to your makes more easily if your used to using your earphone son your phone. However over all its a classy phone and the moment you feel its weight in your hand you'll want to tresure it like something precious. Six or so months on i'm still really proud of my nokia luna, it doesn't have a single scratch and I'd recomend it to anyone as it has made all my friends jeallous and it was really worth saving up for....

This Luna is a loser !!

Advantages: Not having to hire a carpet cleaner
Disadvantages: Parts are hard to replace

...I bought a Vax Luna about 4 years ago for about £150. It was great for a while and when the kids were small and always spilling drinks it was really handy having it on hand to clean the carpet before it stained. It came with a pack of 5 dust bags and a free bottle of carpet cleaner and the usual different brushes and nozels, the one feature I liked the best was the fact it had rotating brushes on the main attachment, that's somthing you usually only get on upright vacuum cleaners, even though it was really quite noisy. It does take ages to set it up to use as a carpet cleaner though, and it does over-wet the carpet a bit to much so it takes a lot longer for to dry, this is probally because the suction is not great on it. ...I have had a vax Luna for sometime now, and if your thinking about buying one then DONT. Its very hard to find a supplier that sells the ORIGINAL paper dust bags let alone the carpet cleaning fluid. If your going to use a compatiable dust bag or cleaning fluid you will find they dont work nearly as well as the originals supplied with the machine. This unit takes too much time, and effort to use as a carpet cleaning machine. It does not clean the carpets very well, and takes some thirty mins after cleaning to re-set the machine to a general vaccum. Not to mention the time it takes to DRY the machine out before you can consider hoovering normally. The unit that holds the cleaning fluid (after you have mixed it) is small and very poor. You can usually get about 8 mins of carpet cleaning from this machine before having to re...
