...Lyons Battenberg Cake This has been on special offer recently in Tesco's and since the offer has been on I have been able to eat single handed 4 whole cakes. The offer being buy one get one free and for a price of £1.29 pence, which gets you the two cakes, I think it is well worth it. The Lyons Battenberg cake has been around for years and has been one of my favourite cake time treats for many a year. The fact that this cake is so sweet really satisfies me as I have a very bad case of sweet toothitis. The Battenberg Cake is made up of a super soft sponge centre that is in two different colours and four separate squares of colour giving the cake a chequered look. Lyon- France's alternative city break.

My likely destination is Lyon and as such I decided it would be worth taking a trip to Lyon to explore what the city had to offer and get my bearings a little before I actually attended the university next year. It is surrounded, unsurprisingly, by the Alps and is not very far away in fact from Europe's biggest mountain, Mont Blanc. Having a lie-in in the Lyon...

Advantages: A clean hotel in the heart of Barcelona.
Disadvantages: Web page not very trustworthy.

The Original

Advantages: Amy Lee's vocals, the songs, lyrics...everything!

...Before Evanescence made it big in 2003 with what many think of as their debut album "Fallen", the band released this album in 2000. Back then, they weren't very well-known, and the album was only ever released in the UK. I've loved Evanescence ever since I first heard "Bring Me to Life", and so after I'd bought Fallen, and loved it, I searched the internet to find out if they'd done anything else. I came across a few obscure mentions of a CD called Origin, but when amazon didn't turn up anything in a search, I gave up. After the general success of their debut Showbiz, this second album raised them into the high-society of headlining rock music acts. St. Elmo's Fire - Original Soundtrack

Advantages: Excellent Movie Sountrack.

...memories of this movie and of the time it was released in the charts to me and I just love recalling it all. This track was released in 1985 and reached number 15 in the billboard charts. The music video to accompany this love song was taken from clips of the St Elmo's Fire movie also. This is an excellent track, that?s an all time favourite to me.
