Er, It's A Razor That Vibrates

Advantages: It's got *3* blades, gives a decent shave.
Disadvantages: Your partner might start using it to do her bikini line...

...wonder whether it was designed for women to do their bikini lines or other bits and then deemed to risky (sex toys with sharp blades? hmmmmm....). I've seen certain things from Ann Summers that don't vibrate half as much as this. At one point I wondered whether it was going to shake my fillings out. I'm glad I don't have to shave daily or I'd be worried about developing vibrational white finger. I suppose if you're a gadget freak (or female) then you may like this, but at a tenner for a razor I don't think it can be justified. If you're going to buy one, just by the normal Mach 3 as it's a lot cheaper at less than half the price and does just as good a job. Although I've rated it as good I can't recommend it because it's just too expensive....

Close as a blade!

Advantages: Smoother Shave

...using the M3 Power - a problem I regularly had with the Mach 3. It is also safe to use in the shower as the battery holder is sealed with a rubber "washer". As with all good things, there are a couple of problems. I have found that the effects of the shave don't last as long - by late afternoon I begin getting a noticable stubble that wouldn't normally appear until much later. This is probably because the blades cut so well and don't lift the hairs as much before cutting. Also, the position of the power button is quite annoying and it is very easy to switch the razor off accidentaly. It would probably have been better to have a "twist" switch to turn the razor on and off. Despite these minor niggles, I think the pros outweigh the cons on this razor - the early appearance of stubble is far less unsightly than the red-neck rash I had...

...I decided to revert back to wet shave from electric shave. So thought it was a good idea to buy the M3 power. Before using electric shaver regularly used Gillette mach 3 turbo which I had no complaints switched to electric because of good deal on phillishave cool skin razor so thought it was a good idea as I then wouldn?t have cost of replacement blades. After six months I have reverted back to wet as fell it is allot less hassle and time consuming with wet and also closer shave without razor burn as had to repeatedly shave over the same area 3 or 4 times. What a disappointment with M3 power it doesn?t cut as close as mach 3 turbo when power switched on plus also as you are having to go over the area more times to try and get a closer shave personally I find I am pressing harder on skin so getting razor burn.
