Advantages: portable, runs very fast, large storage with TimeMachine application for backing up your work
Disadvantages: some problems with using Safari, though this may be due to the wireless network I am using, costs!

...also straightforward to use - I have always been a PC Windows user and this is the first time I have owned a Mac, but switching has been simple enough. The iPhoto library is also well worth using and even directly links to Facebook to help upload your pictures. Overall, one I would recommend....

PS3 slim

Advantages: Blu-ray, free online, nice extras like vidzone & iplayer. Almost silent operation
Disadvantages: Rubbish controller, still expensive, online nowhere near as good as xbox live

...Well, had the slim for a few weeks now (my 1st ever playstation), personally, I'm a little underwhelmed by it, I've been a gamer since the nintendo game & watch days & owned @ least 1 of the current gen consoles since the Mega Drive(Genesis). Graphically the system has the potential to wipe the floor with the 360, but this is really only going to apply to PS3 exclusives as any software house making a multi-platform game is going to be as cost effective (lazy) as possible & use the same graphics on all the games where possible(ok, they need to dumb them down for the Wii). My problem here is that I have yet to get a game for it that runs in 1080P, they all seem to be in 720P! Why???? I'm sure they are out there, but I haven't found one yet. I guess this is down to most HD tv's being HD ready rather than Full HD. Sound-Yeah, ok...

Advantages: Cheap Blu-Ray player, great graphics, free wifi, internet browser
Disadvantages: Expensive, some games are better on 360, 40 GB model doesn't have backwards compatability

...There are probably 3 categories of consumer: (1) Gamers with a HD TV who are also quite interested in the multimedia/blue ray angle. (2) Serious gamers either without a HD TV or who are not interested in high def for films etc.. (3) HD TV/ multimedia people who are not that interested in games. If you are in (1) or (3) categories then this is a bargain at the moment. One of the cheapest/best blue ray players with constant support. Now upscales dvds and supports divx etc.. To PS3 or not to PS3?

Advantages: An amazing machine, expandable, some great features
Disadvantages: Expensive (but for a reason), almost internet reliant, no browser security

...) and unless you're a pure power user I wouldn't bother with it, but at the end of the day it's a nice touch. I do have YDL installed and it's not too bad and definitely increases the functions of the PS3, but you also need a HDMI cable (essential as it only runs in HDMI mode), USB mouse and keyboard to really set this up (my controller simply wouldn't play) so as the PS3 only has 2 USB ports on it you'll probably need a USB hub (this wasn't a problem for me as I was using a spare Apple Mac keyboard I had that was lying around which had 2 USB ports in it) as well. Once it's set-up it works like any normal copy of Linux, but a problem you'll find is that after it's set-up it will default into booting into Linux everytime you switch the PS3 on. To get this to go to the PS3 OS you either need to go into Linux and enter a console command or perform...

Textures The lipsticks come in a variety of textures which I find drastically affect how the lipstick performs on the lips: Matte Matte, as you would expect, gives a fantastic retro look. The lipstick is highly pigmented and lasts for ages on the lips but I do find the mattes very drying on the lips and if you want a really polished look then a lipliner and primer are great partners for these as they can tend to bleed slightly. I love mattes for my reds as I love the perfectly defined 1940s look - my favourite is Ruby Woo which is the perfect vintage '40s blue based red and so matte it's like scraping chalk against your lips! MAC's lipliner in Cherry is a great match for this. Satin Satin is one step up from the matte...
