...Although i love lip-glosses, I held out for a long time before trying Lancome Juicy Tubes due to the price . I decided to treat myself and glad i did. The tube comes in a box, which lists the ingredient. The tube itself is clear in color and lists the shade on the back. It has a cap that screws off to reveal an angled plastic applicator.They had all the colors available as testers right at the counter, more than two dozen in total! The majority of the colors were pinks and reds, although there were some purple, blue, and browns in the mix. Each color has a scent/flavor, some of which are more obvious than others. For example ?Grape Escape?, a purple gloss, clearly smells like grape, whereas the color I chose, ?Tickled Pink?, doesn?t have a specific flavor name or scent....

Obviously, like any gloss, there is a degree of stickiness, but this is virtually unnoticeable. Often I have found it goes a bit sticky if you apply too much, but retailing at nearly thirteen quid, I doubt anyone with sense would be slathering it on like the world was ending. All of the glosses have a slight sparkle to them, but surprisingly it doesn't look tacky. The sparkles can be seen up close, but from a normal face-to-face speaking distance I would say that it's more of a light sheen. When going to buy it I found it a little expensive for such a small tube so decided to buy it from an auction site first. When I received this item I assumed from the size it would only last a very short time but was happily surprised when it lasted for ages. At this point I decided it was worth the full price and bought 4 different colours. Personally, I prefer the sheer colours as you can wear them nude or with another colour lipstick underneath. This lip gloss comes in 12 fabulous shades, my three favourites are "Melon" which is really subtle, almost clear and not at all glittery and "Framboise" and "Petale" which have a little more pinky colour and a subtle glitter. LIP GLOSS ADDICT, ADDICTED TO JUICY TUBES

Advantages: Stays on your lips for ages. Strong, glossy colour.
Disadvantages: A little pricey.

...As a lipgloss addict I had pretty much tried all the different lipglosses in my price range. The cheaper glosses never stayed on my lips for more than five minutes so i decided to splash out on an expensive lipgloss for a change. I knew Lancome Juicy Tubes were well known and trusted so I thought that would be my best option. After applying it for the first time it stayed on for at least four hours and i didn't have to reapply until over half way intp the night. It isnt sticky or greasy but moisturises your lips as well as having a strong glossy colour! I would defiantly encourage anyone to buy this product because all though it is a little cheaper than your average lipgloss, it is worth the money because you dont waste it by reapllying....

MAC Lip Conditioner - Tinted

...point about the MAC range is the intense flavours/scents they come in. Personally, I prefer 'Lust' as the creamy vanilla is a perfect treat. Each dip into the bottle provides just the right amount of gloss for the whole application due to the thickness. Personally, I have never been a fan of using lip pencils or lipsticks, so finding the right gloss was somewhat a battle. However I dont have this problem with Lipglass, as the colour is rich enough to be used without anything underneath. I have found that rubbing a small amount of vaseline underneath the gloss helps it to last longer and means the application is also much smoother and the lips are better conditioned. However the most I have needed to apply it within one day is probably twice, as it doesn't stay on as long if you intend on eating after application. Something you must be...
