...DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. The first time I made an order, they made a mistake, several months and e-mails later, they credited my account. I foulishly made another order, only because I had credit on my account. The product did not arrive, so I rang to enquire where it was, to be told that it had been delivered!! Fought and fought with them, they eventually said that they would re-order, had a form to fill out from the courier to prove that I had not received the goods. They had already taken out the money for the goods from my credit card (minus the credit). My husband rang them, as we had still not received the order and they could not tell him if the product had been ordered let alone despatched. (could not even find any account details). JUNK MAIL

...Before I write this review, I should in advacne apologise to those who read the Daily Mail everyday as their paper of choice, this is not a reflection on you or how you see the world, but more how I view it. I am sure that deep down those that choose to read this paper have some great qualities. There are a few things in life that I am loathed to admit to, yet I think it is time that I cam eout of the closet and admitted that yes.... I do *gulp* read the Daily Mail online everyday. Now to some of you no doubt this will not be shocking, it is after all a very popular newspaper in the UK and one read by millions of people up and down the country, but I consider myself a 'bit of a lefty' I love the European Union and a Federalist State, I hate pounds and ounces..preferring Kilograms and grams, I think 100 watt lightbulbs are a bad idea...

This then leaves the dilema of either cancelling the entire order, or paying higher postage for smaller items. Returns. ~~~~~~~ Returns are possible witin 28 days, in the original packaging. Your are required to phone up and obtain a RMA number. This enables you to then send the item from the post office, free of charge. You are advised to obtain proof of postage. The other good thing is, they will send the replacement in another size if that is the problem, before they recieve the return. Childrens clothes to die for (Vertbaudet)

Advantages: Not over expensive, some very unique outfits
Disadvantages: Can quite easily spend a fortune

..., bloomers and a headscarf for £17 plus you can guarantee its not something you will find in Next of Mothercare. They do clothes etc for tiny babies (premature) right up to 12 year olds, I only have the catalogue for the 0-3 years selection but the older kids stuff is all on the website and you can get a catalogue for it to. The website is very easy to navigate; you have nine categories, Maternity, Nursery, Newborn, Baby Girl, Baby Boy, Girls, Boys, Home Collection & Sale. The categories are pretty self explanatory and when you select the one you want it gives you more options like tops, trousers, coats, socks etc etc. If you are unsure of sizing etc they have a helpful sizing guide on the website which helps you figure out what you need to be ordering, this helps you with the clothes and shoes. Not only the quality of the clothes is extremely good and they are all fairly priced but they also offer pretty nice toys to reward you and your child for being customers. The deal was to receive The Lord of the Rings on DVD or VHS on the day of release for £1.47. WOW! So I signed up - my husband is a hobbit in a previous life so what else could I do? It arrived 4 days after release and 4 days after I had gone to Sainsbury's and bought the video for £12.99 so my husband could watch it along with every other Tolkein freak. Not impressed.
