...for her and my little boy who was 17 months, I really liked the idea that neither child had to suffer and take second best, my little boy had a proper seat unit that fully reclined for when he had a nap, and I could still see my newborn, with this sytem you choose where each child sits and what way they face, I put my little boy closest to me and facing forward and my little girl at the other end but facing me - so I could still see her - this worked best for me as the older childs weight was nearer to me for lifting the pram up and down kerbs etc, with my first tandem I bought for my eldest child and my 17 month old I had to have the baby nearer to me and the toddler at the other end making it really heavy - plus I couldnt see my newborn very easy. Excellent travel system

Advantages: Folding down, multifunctional
Disadvantages: Slightly heavy

...Being a first time Mum, I searched around all the high street shops for a functional and attractive travel system. Out of all the prams this one had the easiest folding down system, even tho it was slightly on the heavy side I could fold it down with 1 hand! The carry cot was great for the first 4 months fitting in to the pram snuggly as the seat folded flat (which I found alot of other prams didn't do) The car seat had a base that made it so easy to take the baby in and out of the car (no messing around with seat belts every time!) It is also very well padded, however it didnt come with cushioned protectors on the straps. When we were taking baby home for the first time, the midwife told us it needed them which were only £5 extra to buy. ...We bought the Graco Quattro Tour Travel System after looking at everything on the market comparing costs, accessories, weight etc. This travel system was for my first child so I had no previous experience to help me. The whole concept of the travel system is revolutionary; my mom was so impressed. Having the car seat/infant carrier which effectively turns the buggy into a pram and also means that your baby who has fallen asleep in the car can be effortlessly moved into the buggy, is a marvelous invention! We bought the Graco fro Babies R Us in January 2005 for £190. It came with an auto base, weather shield, foot muff and changing bag (the only thing I have had to buy additionally is a parasol). The autobase is a brilliant idea. You fix it in the car once and the infant carrier just clicks in place. No messing around...

A bulky travel system

Advantages: Big Shopping basket, Suitable until baby wants to walk, Great for Ramming people out of the way (joke)
Disadvantages: Very Heavy, Bulky and Hard to find somewhere to put the pushchair when not using it.

Ever since i brought it i hated but my partner wouldnt let me take it back because he liked it. -Car Seat- My son never liked the car seat so it didnt get used much. It scrunched him up to much and even though they say you can use it until the baby is 29lbs my son would fit in it when he got to 20lbs. The only good thing about the car seat was that it was easy to fit into a car and onto the pushcchair to make it a travel system. -Pushchair- As i said above my son didnt like it in the carseat so i had to put him in the pushchair from about 2weeks old, this pushchair is ment to be suitable from birth. Advantages: Ease of use - Good accessories -easy to fold down - confy for baby or toddler
Disadvantages: expensive ( but worth it for accessories)!

...We already had a pram/travel system (a second hand one off friends)! But we went to babies r us for an autobase for the car and came out £229.99 down! Purely because we saw this travel system and fell in love with it! The lovely lady in babies r us showed us all the special funky little moves this travel system makes! First (and most importantly for anyone who knows what a struggle it can be putting a buggy down when getting on a bus etc) this travel system needs only one (yes one) hand to do it! It takes a quick click and twist and the travel system is down! BRILLIANT! Although I say this is handy for public transport due to the size of the buggy it is very heavy compared to other buggys so you could srtuggle lifting it onto a bus or train (unless you have friendly drivers)! ex value for money and very easy to use a graco travel system

...Before we had our little boy we bought a graco travel system rather than a pram. It has been absolutely fantastic for a number of reasons. We went on holiday to Italy when he was 3 months old and becuase it is a two part pram - ie car seat and buggy we did not get charged for taking a car seat with us. Having the base that stays in the car is so easy then especially if you are in and out of the car regularly - you just unclip and lift the car seat bit out and use it as a baby carrier. Because it is a car seat/buggy/pram it means it can used until they are past 1 years old. I have not had to go and buy another buggy becuase it can be adapted as he has got older. ...I bought my Graco Mirage Travel System from local Mothercare for around £119.00 which seemed like a good value compared to many other travel systems. It's got everything you might need while out and about. Shopping basket is a very good size and is good enough to store all the baby stuff you need when you go out. All in all, this travel system seems to have everything other systems have and Mothercare will even deliver it if you ask in-store. Now the problem is the quality. Wheels are plastic and after a bit they start to creak. My husband and I bought some oil to put on them but unfortunately to no effect. Nothing seems to work. The car seat is a bit hard to put in and take out. It's also a bit heavy. The hood on the car seat doesn't easily go down and when you're holding your baby with one hand, it's not easy to manage at all. Then...

Graco mosaic travel system, not what i expected

Advantages: Nice looking puchchair

...I bought the Graco Mosaic travel system city (black) in November 2008 after ready mixed reviews, When i got it home, we put it together and absolutely loved it! We bought the whole set which included the footmuff, bag & raincover. We tried to put it in the boot of our corsa.... it literally just squeezed in! However, the pushchair still seemed great, that was until it all started squeaking, from everywhere!! And then, the foam on the handle split, contacted Graco for replacement foam, they dont do it! I put the footmuff on and it was navy blue, i took it back to the shop where I bought it from and they say that the foot muff i had was the one for the city model and even got 3 or 4 more from the back to show me! The bag has split quite badly inside too! I dont think I would recommend this travel system to anyone to be honest!...

Nice little travel system

Advantages: Small for a travel system and a great budget buy
Disadvantages: Handles in a funny position, really didnt agree with my back

...I bought this buggy when I was pregnant. I chose it because it was quite cheap, came with the car seat and was also advertised as light and small - I use public transport alot. When it arrived it was quite easy to put together, the wheels were the trickiest part but I managed it and I was pregnant. It didnt come with the footmuff or raincover but these are cheap to buy, although I did have some problems finding the footmuff to match the colours of the buggy and never actually got round to buying one - we just used a blanket instead. The buggy is light for a travel system one but still quite heavy if you know what I mean and I couldnt wait til my son was a little older so could get an even lighter one.
