...This review is for the Nintendo DS game, Football Director, published by Pinnacle. The game is a football management simulator, one of the few available for the DS. There have been many football management games available, but they usually work best on the PC, and haven?t usually translated as well onto other consoles. The formula in this game is the same as with most others, manage your team to victory by buying and selling players, clever use of tactics, choice of backroom staff and by using many other managerial techniques. You play each game, as you would imagine, by selecting your team and tactics, having trained your players, you then play the match. ...Do you ever watch a film that you expect to be poor, but go into it with low expectations and come out happily surprised? Well, never was this more appropriate than with 'Management', the new rom-com from Jeniffer Aniston. The plot revolves around Sue a traveling sales-woman who stays in a remote motel run by a quirky family. The son in the family (Mike), takes a liking to Sue, and tries to chat her up during her stay. She guesses this, and just wanting to get rid of him, lets her feel his bum. This tips Mike over the edge, and he soon goes on a round the states road-trip to find her and woo her. Managed to entertain me

...Sue Claussen works selling art, and everything is normal in her life when she checks into a motel one night. Unluckily for her, the night manager Mike spots Sue and decides to woo her with a bottle of champagne. Sue tries to spurn his advances, but ends up letting him get closer to her than she expected. ...I didn't even hear about this till recently when I decided to give it a watch considering it was a romantic comedy.Directed by Stephen Belber and starring Jenifer Aninston and Steve Zahn,this film is rather slow for its genre. Sue(Aninston) is a travelling art seller and checks into a motel where the manager falls for her and comes up with new ideas to interact with her.Things take a twist when Sue allows her to grab her butt after he compliments her.The next morning, she ends up having sex with him before leaving the motel which makes it more complex. What she thought was a passing thing turned out to be more as Mike followed her and continued to keep in touch. The film takes place over the course of a few years as Mike keeps chasing her despite the presence of her boyfriend.Some scenes are really funny but the writing is weak...

ALEXANDER: Director's Cut

Advantages: A must see for all lovers of long historical epics.
Disadvantages: Could have shown more detail in the battle scenes.

...This is an impressive looking production with sumptuous costumes and sets and a rousing score from Vangelis. The Director's Cut includes extra footage, as is to be expected. Oliver Stone chose a largely European cast for the film, with Colin Farrell as Alexander and Anthony Hopkins as Ptolemy. In this film there are several Irish actors, including Farrell, so the main accent is of course Irish, which makes a change from the (by now) traditional British accents in film epics. It would be refreshing if a director had his historical cast adopt an accent authentic to the time and place i.e. in this case Macedonian or Greek. Val Kilmer, who plays Philip, Alexander's father, does change his, but to an Irish one like Farrell. Angelina Jolie, who plays Alexander's manipulative mother, is the only one who attempts a Mediterranean delivery...

...I attended a BSc Management Studies course at a north london university. Westmin ster. The course lasted 3 years on a full time basis, that meant no dole, no real time to work if i was serious about completing this course. The course cost approximately £1000 a year though i am sure the prices for a full time course are slightly higher these days. Though where there is a willingness to learn there is always a way regardless of the price paid. Method of study is lecture based on a 1 sometimes 2 hour in a lecture theater reading (per subject). A 1 hour seminar meeting with an allocated tutor is also offered every other fortnight. Some weeks there may be a seminar other weeks none. The quality of the lecturers.
