Football shirts in general!

Advantages: Last years kit but only £10!
Disadvantages: Not the newest kit!

...Football kits are something every fan wants but not all fans can afford. At the moment the new home and away kits for most premiership clubs are going to set you back near to £40! This is an insane amount as we all know. However year after year we continue to pay it! WHY Im not sure why we feel the need to have the "New" kit every season. Im not sure why clubs insist on updating their kits most season. The differences are often minimal! I guess its just a way of supporting your kit. Wearing a new kit says to others "Yeah! I love City!". I suppose this is a case of each to their own. I however never buy the new kit. At the start of each season I get myself on Ebay and buy the kit from last year. I have recently bought Manchester City's away kit. I did the same thing with the away kit from the season before which just happens...

...As an avid Manchester City supporter from as far as I can remember I have owned every seasons home shirt and even picked up a few away shirts en route. The only problem I could find with this shirt is on the inside left hand side of the shirt - the back of the badge which irritates the nipple when running or jogging or imitating your favourite City players. The shirt has a sleek round neck design with white and black bands around the shoulder area. The front and back of the shirt has a small detail to it which makes it stand out but I must admit it stands out more when your outside in the wet. It can also been seen up close when you get your shirt out of the washing machine as its machine washable also after that muddy days football! Good looking shirt!

Advantages: great price looks and comfort
Disadvantages: last seasons shirt (but little difference to the new one)

...a Portsmouth shirt as they are a good premiership team and have a nice looking shirt and one which I can easily wear around Portsmouth. Though it would not be a good idea to wear it in Southampton - as I was warned by my friend! The shirt is in the colour of plain blue with a small white stripe around the border of the shirt and down the shoulders. It looks really good being just blue as I like wearing blue and the fact that it is relatively plain means it can be worn with most things and will not look too out of place. Advantages: Ultra light - great for all occasions
Disadvantages: Spurs wording fades on the collar very quickly

Even the Tottenham club shop was out of stock so I ended up buying online form a sports shop in that well known hotbed of football, Cornwall!! £43 later (including P&P) I was in posession of my shirt. On unwrapping it the first thought that came into my mind was how light it is. The label reports it to be 100% polyester. Either way, it is the lightest football shirt I have ever owned, a massive step forward from my 90s Adidas-Holsten shirt. From the top down the shirt comprises of a blue collar with the word 'Spurs' on the back though this actually faded on the first wash. ...I have been a regular to this hotel over the past two years and I have never been disappointed. The hotel is conviently located across from the main train station and only a 2 minute walk to the centre of the city - Piccadilly Gardens. The staff have always been helpful through my stays. The decor is contemporary and the rooms are finished to a high standard. Every room comes equiped with an Apple desktop computer with free internet acess - a nice touch. Fixture and fitting are all of a high spec and clean throughout. My only grip perhaps is that all the rooms are quite small. The hotel bar is again contemporary in style, but is comfortable and has a good number of guests in the evenings. Breakfast was of a high standard with excellent service and a great selection of hot and cold foods. All in all, a great place to stay!...

Its the same price as a premiership shirt! Far too much. It should be equal in price to your division status. The quality of supplier seems to be equal in division status! SUPERLEAGUE are the official kit suppliers of the Wrexham Strip for 2000-2001 season. This is the same as the previous two years except this year the strip has changed. The new kit had been on order for some time so you can imagine the disgust with the quality of delivery when no new shirts turned up.
