I didn't know it was beginning of the second chapter. I didn't know that the action of the first one took place 1900 years later in Stalinist Moscow. Barceló Margaritas - The Truth!

Advantages: Beaches were lovely...
Disadvantages: Everything I have listed as 'bad'

...Barceló Margaritas My boyfriend & I stayed here under half board (so breakfast & dinner were included but not lunch) for a week. It was a major emotional rollercoaster, of ups, downs and mediocrity I must admit. The first day we arrived we threw our belongings down so as to explore, and placed a do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned we found that one of the staff had helped themselves to 40euros (20 from each of our wallets) this was infuriating since even with travel insurance the hotel and the Thomas Cook reps were extremely unhelpful & unremorseful. Master & Margarita

Advantages: A great read, totally immersible
Disadvantages: some difficult parts to read through

...Without sounding over the top here, this is possibly the most wonderful, immersing read I have experienced. I decided to buy The Master and Margarita, after reading a collection of short stories by Bulgakov, sent to me by a Russian friend. The first thing i found is how Bulgakov has a wonderful ability to paint the scene so wonderfully, that the reader cannot help be transported there, to Moscow, to sit with Woland, and Koriev and Behemoth, to hear the trams rattle past. I found also that as i read on more, i found myself almost sympatising with Woland. I got the message in book two, that Woland is not inherently bad, but is merely fulfilling a role, as each one of us must play our part in the story of life. The book was a great read, but not so easy for some younger readers I fear. I'm 23, and found that at times the text...

Mexican food and margaritas

Advantages: The margaritas!
Disadvantages: The cost of the margaritas!

...My colleague and I wanted to have a nice lunch to celebrate the end of a project. As we are conveniently based near Covent Garden, we had a wealth of choices, but Mexican food appealed to both of us, so we ended up in Cafe Pacifico. Although it is down a small road and isn't particularly visible to the majority of people shopping in Covent Garden, it certainly attracts a lot of people and I wasn't all that surprised to hear that it has been in business since 1982. It certainly deserves a good reputation; the food was fabulous and the margaritas were perfect. We only meant to have one, but ended up having three each! The Master of Novels

Advantages: original storyline, interesting idea
Disadvantages: none?

...I read this book in the original Russian when I was still relatively little, mum told me it was banned in the USSR for a long time. Despite not understanding everything because of my age (and largely missing out the Jesus sections), I was still hooked. I decided to re-read the novel later an it was still as good as I remembered; even better. The story is neatly integrated into several parts; Margarita's plight to be re-united with Master, a flashback into ancient Jerusalem and strange goings on in the modern times involving Behemoth (sorry if the translation is incorrect). One of the best things about the novel is the originality of the story. You can almost breathe retro Moscow air as you follow the characters' confusion about the strange goings-on, and nothing like that certainly happens in most modern novels. I won't give too...

...There aren't many books you read and know are the work of a genius. Even the so-calledclassics can leave a lot of people doubting that their as good as their reputation. This, however is a good book. I read it twice when i first encountered it and i still reread it when i have the time. The plot is complex. It involves a witches sabbat(is that thr right word?), the devils visit to russia, a master writer in an asylum, and the story of pontius pilate and jesus christ. These stories are brought together by the master. The devils visit is due to his appearence at the witches party and he chooses as his queen the masters former lover Margarita. The master is then freed from the asylum. Pontius Pilates story was the book he was writing before his imprisonment. If the plot wasn't enough, there are brillant scenes within it...

...Well, first of all, I am very picky about the food I eat. So my judgements are rather strict... Anyway, let's commence. PACKAGE This pizza is in a standard thin pizza box, quite thin and compact. The colourful image makes you (at least me) feel hungry and is rather attractive. When you open a box, you find the pizza in a usual plastic cover that I was able to easily remove without scissors. PRICE I paid for Tesco Italiano Classico Margarita Pizza J1.99, but quite often it goes on sale at 2 for 1, which is quite a good value for the money, even considering that the size is for 1 person rather than 2 (at least I finish the whole thing myself for lunch) TASTE Tesco Italiano Classico Margarita Pizza is an italian style pizza with tomato sauce and cheese on top of it. ...hope this review helps i am not a writer so excuse any mistakes i would just like to try and give you an idea of what this was like. we travelled november 2004 to this amazing island where we had a fantastic time (made ourselfs) the island of margarita is unbelievable place where the weather hits right up into the high 40s,sometimes abit overpowering but if you are after a deep tan this is the place to be. if you dont know it is a spanish speaking island just off venezuela but most of the people speak quite good english. we went 2 weeks all inclusive stayed at the dunes beach resort which is a large complex the rooms are nice but basic have tv and showers,fridge (couldnt understand why no mini bar as was all inclusive) the hotel had probably the best night entertainment group ive seen not the usual tacky shows you get this was...
