Super Mario Galaxy
Advantages: Great Gameplay, Amazing Graphics, Nice soundtrack
Disadvantages: None
...mario themes. There is hardly any voice acting but I prefer Mario games with minimal voice acting. This is a great add to the game.
Overall, Super Mario Galaxy is one of the best games. It is definately a must buy for anyone who owns a Wii....

Super Mario Galaxy for Wii Review
Advantages: The best game on the Wii. So far...
Disadvantages: Nothing!
...Well, what can I say? When I heard that Super Mario Galaxy was the next Mario adventure I thought I wouldn't take off but how wrong was I? This game has took Mario to the Centre of the Universe to save his beloved Princess Peach and on islands with Giant screaming Baby plants and to see his evil nemesis again, Bowser. This game has redefined the gaming world with its game controls and its fantastic game play among the set of numerous breath taking graphics. I know Nintendo has dropped some of its graphics to concentrate on the game play in previous Wii games but I always knew that, if they wanted to, they could produce the graphics of such rival consoles, Play station 3 or the Xbox 360. This game has the potential to be in with the classics of gaming of all time!
Mario Galaxy starts off with Mario been invited to Mushroom Kingdom by...

The Rolling Gizmo Galaxy Drove Me Nuts!
Advantages: Excellent game
Disadvantages: The rolling Gizmo Galaxy
...When i had my beloved Nintendo Wii "i had so much fun" using it and one of my favourite games indeed was this one. I had played Mario games on other systems such as the Nintendo 64 and the Dream Cast but Mario Sunshine left me frustrated and ready to throw the darn Dream Cast out the window because i got so far in it then i just couldn't get past one particular level "no matter how hard" that i tried and Super Mario 64 was brilliant but i never got round to finishing it. When i got my Nintendo Wii last Christmas, i was so excited about getting it and i had picked a few particular games one of them being the brilliant Sims Castaway. I have always loved The Sims games so for the first while although Super Mario Galaxy was sitting there i hardly ever used it. After my brother's reminding me for the hundreth time how good it was supposed to...

Super Galaxies of Fun
Advantages: Full of fun, especially for children
Disadvantages: Missing some traditional Mario cast-members
...Nintendo's flagship series makes its way to the Wii, with "Super Mario Galaxy". It's always a challenge to find a household that won't benefit from a Mario game, given their guaranteed appeal to children and kids-at-heart, and "Galaxy" makes that challenge harder with joyous gameplay that should also entice gamers looking for more mature video-game experiences.
The Story
The Mushroom Kingdom is in merry colours as it prepares for the Stardust Festival: A celebration coinciding with the mysterious comet that fills the skies every one hundred years, causing a star shower as impressive as it is peculiar. Princess Peach invites our hero Mario over and he predictably arrives just in time to see the Princess doing what she does best: get kidnapped.
To be fair, there's not much you can do when the kidnapper uproots the whole...

Fairly Super Mario Homage
Advantages: A very different and playable Mario game, with nods to the classics
Disadvantages: Not entirely original, sometimes frustrating
...Welcome to my second Wii game review.
Only a couple of weeks ago I purchased Super Mario Galaxy secondhand, very curious about what it was like to play (and what all the fuss was about).
I had since found out that the game is being held up as "one of the greatest games ever made", with reviews giving it nearly unanimous perfect scores, and Nintendo fanboys and fangirls creaming their pants.
So here is my take on Super Mario Galaxy.
OVERVIEW
The game takes place in a 3D universe, where Mario visits different "galaxies" to retrieve various stars.
The game is divided into six rooms, with five "galaxies" in each room. Each galaxy comprises of five levels, with extra levels that act as side-quests. There are also "hidden" levels in other parts of the game, which are accessed by performing specific tasks.
Collecting stars in...

Marios back!!!!
Advantages: Graphics are the best iv seen on the Wii , fun to play
Disadvantages: Isnt the hardest game in the world
...the other stuff.
The game lets you create upto 8 save files(so basicly 8 people can play the game with their own saves)
The story is the same as and as it is with everyother Mario game Peach gets Kidnapped by Browser and Mario has to rescue her(nothing new here).Although you do get invloved in the beggining(before the actual storyline has started) but i wont ruin it for you.
So as i started playing it, i relised how big the game was there are lots of galaxys to explore.
On my first go i played the game for 3 hours straight and didnt want to put it down(i did have 10 mintue breaks each hour) you just want to keep unlocking more and more galaxys as you dont know where you might be going next.So its deffiently a very addictive game.
Now the game can be completed by collectiong only 60 stars
but in total there are 120 to collect which can...

On your Marios, Get Sonic, Wii!
Advantages: Makes great use of the wii controller, good for multi- or singleplayer, exercise
Disadvantages: none for me.
...circuit you get first place in, and emblems for certain things like getting a world record or winning table tennis 11-0. I don't know what else you can get emblems for because it doesn't tell you til you get it, but it's entertaining to try things to see if it'll get you an emblem.
The graphics on the game are all pretty good: Mario looks as he does in Super Mario Galaxy and so do his friends, and Sonic and co look pretty good too. The movement is all fairly flawless, and it looks realistic even when the characters are doing flips in the air or throwing javelins. The backgrounds are based on the stadiums in China that will be used in this summer's Olympics, but all you really see is the track and parts of the crowd, and while you're playing all you're really concentrating on is what your character is doing, so its not hugely important...

Mario - back and better!
Advantages: The varied planets and formats
Disadvantages: the co-ordination of the controls
...Super Mario is a classic format with modern graphics and game play on the wii. Once you get the hang of the controls (nunchuck to direct and various buttons to crouch etc and the controller to point and aim at 'star bits') it's very fun to play.
Mario is joined by old characters Luigi and Peach and the usual baddies, but also joined by the stars and star bits. The Story starts with Princess Peach being Highjacked and Mario jumping on board for a ride into space. He lands on a planet/ship to meet Mama and the stars which are made up as star bits. Unfortunately their space ship is short of power and it is your job to collect star bits and eventually gain a power stars to give the ship more power.
Each area has different planets, which have different challenges. From Bee Mario, Rainbow Mario and Ghost Mario and more makes...

Mario & Sonic for kids & adults alike
Advantages: loads of different events, suitable for all, good multiplayer functionality
Disadvantages: tiring controls
...This game has great appeal for children - anything with mario and sonic in would - but is also appealing to adults due to its playability.
Basically, various characters (mario, sonic, luigi, peaches, yoshi...) compete in the popular events of the olympic - track and field such as long jump, high jump, 100m, hammer, swimming, trampolining, archery. You control the players and therefore, there is excellent multiplayer functionality. It's a great game to play at parties (I've found the table tennis particularly popular) as well as with the children.
It's a great game and there's loads of different events to choose from and try to master. Therefore, it'll be a while before you even start to get bored with it. However, the controls for some of theevents can be very tiring, due to what you need to do with the Wii remote. Swimming...

Mario & Sonic finally together
Advantages: good graphics, makes good use out of the Wii controls in some games,
Disadvantages: controls can be bad in some greats, worldwide online should of been used,
...Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is the best Olympic game that is out there is pure fun all the way. The game features a whole load of events such as athletics, gymnastics, shooting, rowing, archery, aquatics, fencing, and table tennis also included the dream events. The dream events are nothing really to do with the Olympics and are fun.
You can chose from all your favorite characters from the Mario and Sonic series also add your Mii into the action. I found a problem as my favorite game character Donkey Kong was not added and he is part of Mario. My favorite to play in what the game offers is Sonic, Shadow, Blaze, Wario and Browser. My favorite on the game is the skeet shooting and the aquatics events which have you in the pool. The game wears you out easy but you will want to keep playing because it does get very addictive...
