Qigong Massage

Advantages: packed full with techniques and information; a serious well presented resource
Disadvantages: some may find it pricey (although not if you remember the almost 4 hours viewing time!)

Lots of massaging bubbles leaving very tingly feet

I got this foot spa for Christmas a few years ago and have only used it a few times. I have really horrible feet with lots of dry skin and often ache if I am on them for too long.
