Qigong Massage

Advantages: packed full with techniques and information; a serious well presented resource
Disadvantages: some may find it pricey (although not if you remember the almost 4 hours viewing time!)

As with many of Lush's massage bars, it's a flat oval shape, around 3 inches long, by an inch wide and maybe half an inch thick. As with all the massage bars, the oils are released by rubbing the bar between your hands and this is the ideal shape to do that, no matter the size of your hands. I got this foot spa for Christmas a few years ago and have only used it a few times. I have really horrible feet with lots of dry skin and often ache if I am on them for too long.
