...I?ve used many products from the L?Oreal range over the years, ranging from face make-up (i.e. lipstick, mascara, blusher, etc), to face and body moisturisers, self-tan products and hair-care products, and I have to say that the majority of the time I?ve been fairly pleased with my purchase. So, when I saw the very lovely Penelope Cruz advertising L?Oreal?s newest addition to its range ? True Match Minerals Powdered Foundation ? I thought I?d give it a try. I?d seen this product advertised on TV a few times over the past six weeks or so. Most evenings, there was Penelope during the add breaks, with her flawless, wrinkle-free complexion, telling me that I too could have a face like her with one quick and easy application. What they didn?t say is that this stuff is incredibly difficult to find where I live, for some reason...

My Perfect Match

Advantages: Very even coverage, much more than you would expect from a powder
Disadvantages: Badly packaged

...this time I was going to try something new so after going through all the testers in my local Boots I settled on Loreal True Match Minerals in Golden ivory. I wasn't 100% sure of it as I had been only testing the shade on the back of my hand as you will be aware that's not really the best way to chose a foundation. But I felt at £13.99 it wasn't a gigantic waste if I didn't get on with it. (Just for the record I did spend the rest of the gift card on cosmetics too!) In a way it's a good job I hadn't checked ciao for this particular product as looking at the reviews now I am really quite surprised that people have not gotten on with this foundation at all. I think Im in love with it! It is a little awkward to use but the effect is fantastic for me. I have had family and friends tell me that I look really healthy since I started wearing it...

First of all I didn't know if I wanted to join a dating agency, because, let's face it - it's not exactly ideal, there's stories about people going on dates and not returning, what do you tell people when they ask how you met? True Match Minerals Because You're worth It

Advantages: Good covergae, light on your skin
Disadvantages: A bit messy

...of concealer or liquid foundation on. This is definitely a plus to the product. The shade of the foundation was quite good for me when I purchased it as it was early Spring and I had pale skin. Unfortunately now I have been on holiday and so it looks much too pale for me. It would probably work with a little bronzer over the top but I think I will be saving it now till my skin pales a little again. There are darker tones availble, so I am sure I could find one that matched but with the ever changing colour of my skin in the summer it is not really worth it. A good thing about this product and other mineral foundations is that it lasts a long time due to the fact you only need to use a small amount each time. When I asked the lady on the beauty counter about this particular foundation , she said that it was one she would highly reccommend and that it was also very popular! I tried on a few 'shades' and soon found one which suited my skin tone the best ; The Golden Beige shade. I paid approximately £10 for my foundation. The bottle has a very elegant look to it! It consists of a clear glass bottle , which allows you to see the actual foundation. It looks expensive , and I would consier it a luxury item. Considering it's 'clever' qualities , although I think £10 is quite a lot for foundation , considering you can get cheap ones for £2-3 , I would have expected this product to have been a lot more expensive than it is! It is definately great value for money! I have been using this foundation...

This book is a perfect match for me!

Advantages: Plot is gripping and easy to get into
Disadvantages: It deals witha lot of painful issues

The only way for him to have a chance at being cured is for Karen and Joe to have a designer baby which will be a perfect match for him to have the all important bone marrow transplant. This seems the perfect solution to Karen and Joe until during the process a terrible family secret comes to life that makes the tension for this family even worse. Characters: I love the fact that Jane Moore has managed to create such believable characters as this is what really brings the book to life! Wouldn't recommend Match for most men
