HP photo paper is photastic!

Advantages: Good quality paper produces a shop quality print
Disadvantages: Tear off side can be a bit ragged

...would have bought it as other stuff is cheaper, but now I've tried ti I use it all the time. I do have an HP printer though - don't know whether that makes any difference and whether it would not be as compatible on other inkjet printers. Haven't tried it on a laser so can't comment but it is designed for ink jet. The only thing I don't like about it is it is shiny, but you can't seem to get matt photo paper easily anywhere any more. Am I the only one who likes it? In summary this is really good paper to have in the cupboard for occasional nice pictures you want to send someone or frame....

Hp's Premium Photo Paper.

Advantages: Excellent high-quality photo paper, produces high quality prints.
Disadvantages: None whatsoever.

I bought it purely due to the fact the packaging seemed to reach out, and in one swift promotional swing, forced me to purchase the product. Advantages: Gives a similar look and feel to traditional photos

Great glossy photo paper by Epson

Advantages: excellent quality. durable and easy to use
Disadvantages: high price, low number of sheets (20) per pack

...Having Just an Epson printer to print photographs from my pc, I decided to use the manufacturers approved paper. Epson Durabrite Photo Paper is excellent for printing glossy high quality photos. And with DuraBrite pigment ink for a better bright and detailed print together with its 200gsm weight means it's ideal for photos. I bought the 20-sheet pack on line for £7.34 online and at this price its only going to be used for special photos, I also paid £1.50 for postage and packaging. This price equates to 34- 40 pence a photo so any mistakes printing are costly, but the quality is good and I haven’t had any problems as yet. I'm in love with... Premium Glossy Photo Paper??

Advantages: The quality is excellent - looks just like "proper" photos
Disadvantages: You may have to fiddle with photos before printing to get it to fit!

...As I'm pretty new here I'm taking on all the comments people have given me as they come. Thought this review could do with an edit - hope it's better now! I bought this photo paper along with my new Epson Stylus Photo R300 Printer. Being slightly new to the exciting world of "print your own" photos, I thought maybe the paper made by the same company as the printer (which, incidentally, is excellent also) would be a safe bet for the first time. I am happy to say that next time I'll be buying it again. A couple of weeks ago I bought a new digital camera that takes photos of a sufficient quality to print A4 size. Of course, the traditional charming 'family and friends' photos that you take when first trying out a camera have to be printed and shown off (!) so I finally got round to setting up the printer and getting out the paper...

Advantages: Glossy photo paper. Size 6x4 Excellent colour repoduction.

It's not an easy experience and they are probably wise to use most of the paper for those lampshades. We emerged without spending anything but we were somewhat wiser. The man in the shop knew the translation of daphne and showed us photos of the tree from which the paper is made. Daphne, it turned out, it the botanical name for Mulberry, something that we don't have in England so we felt less guilty for not knowing about it.
