...When I found out that I was going to be going to Mauritius in November 2007, I will admit that I was both excited but also a bit apprehensive. Obviously, we have all seen the pictures of the idyllic Mauritius on the television and in books - white beaches, palm trees and blue seas...this was the part I looked forward to. However, I wasn't looking forward to the heat, the burning sun on my pale skin and the food, if I am honest! But things went a bit better than expected! Firstly, a little bit about Mauritius. BOSE: Music for the soul

Advantages: Great sound quality, perfet at loud volumes, just in general FANTASTIC

...Bose SoundDock Digital Music System I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting Summary: This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these. Pros: This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential. I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Can't get much simpler. It also runs off a wall...

Mauritius Visit

...I am in Mauritius right now, staying in a rented home. In fact, I was very amazed by some expressing negative feelings concerning their trip to Mauritius. Its the opposite. Namely, that if you go to a good hotel, like Le Paradis, Beachcomber, Le Meridien, Prince Maurice and Le Shandrani, you would be very far from being disappointed. In fact, I spent my days in Beachcomber hotel at Trou-Aux-Biches, in the North of the island. It was magnificent. Indeed, people are friendly, though most do not speak english, and to correct, the nicest beach is Pereybere, and not Grand Baie. Plus there are tons of things to see, like Domaine du Chasseur, Grand River South East, the Dutch landing in Mauritis at Mahebourg, Gris Gris, La Roche Qui Pleure, Trou d'eau douce, and the list goes on. You can pay around 20-30 pounds to spend one day on Catamaran...

Wii music

Advantages: Learn about instruments
Disadvantages: Not interesting enough for me

...I love my Nintendo Wii and love playing new and different games on it. I recently played the Wii Music but unfortunately this was one game that I really did not like. Wii music was released in 2008 and allows players to simulate playing with real musical instruments. You use either the Wii remote or the nunchuk to play the instruments. THe disappointment for me was that the instruments were just not realistic enough. For example, I love Wii Sports because I think the tennis, bowling and actually all the games are really realistic and it feels like you are actually there playing the game. With the Wii Instruments it did not feel like you had a real instrument in your hands and also the Mii characters on the screen just did not react well to the movements. It was more of a chore trying to play the instruments and I gave up pretty soon...

We did have the option to pick our own hotel but we decided the best choice would be for us to stay in the same all-inclusive hotel with our friends. Our holiday was for the first 2 weeks in May with Hayes & Jarvis and it cost us £1,800 each for 2 weeks. ...The 5800 XpressMusic is a revolution for Nokia with it being the first touch screen phone produced by the manufacturer. With its slim lined shape it is an easy phone to hold and to use. The stylus being made of plastic makes the phone as light as possible and easy to hold and to use with the screen. The back of the phone can be removed without out fuss to get at the battery and the SIM card which is slotted into the side of the phone but only removable by removing the back and the battery. ...I was due for an upgrade and once again in the position of selecting a new phone.Having browsed online i came across the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and was instantly captivated by its unique appearance .I have to admit i'v always been a fan of Nokia and Samsung and having used this phone , Nokia has definately topped the list . I also like the way you are able to cut together to video clips and add a soundtrack and then you can upload it to the web! The video and pictures are really clear and colour perfect. Wii Music I have spent weeks trying to get Wii music from Game at a good price, I missed the sale, so the only prices they had left was £34 and there was no way in hell that I was going to buy a game at that price. After a very hectic day, we ended up in a small town whilst my sister was getting her brace fixed, after sitting in the car in a traffic jam for 2 hours to get there (in the heat mind you), we were about ready to pass out in the car, so went for a little walk and found a blockbusters. There sitting in front of me was the game I wanted for £22.98 which was the price I was willing to pay. I came home with the game and for about 10 minutes I had great time learning the controls and playing the different games...
