The Focus C-Max 1.8 LX

...I bought the c-max in late 2006 as i was in need of a more reliable car than the dreaded Vauxhall Vectra i was forced to drive round in. I had to keep to the larger size vehicles as i have a wife and two little cherubs to cart around so i needed something as spacious as the Vectra. The Focus c-max was suggested to me by a friend as he was, and still is, an avid Ford fan, at present driving a Focus 1.6 zetec. I had taken a few cars out on test drives, such as the galaxy and the Mondeo, I even test drove a Zifira, even though it had the hated Vauxhall logo on the front. The mondeo was top of my list for space and drive until i jumped behind the wheel of the Focus C-Max. This is a family car with everything one requires. Max Factor 3-in-1

Advantages: quick and easy to use, great coverage
Disadvantages: excess packaging and can be slightly drying

...If you really want to save time applying make-up and more time doing more interesting things, then this is the product for you. Max Factor 3-in-1 complete make- up is great to take anywhere and is so convenient and easy to use. It's just under £10, and for the amount you get (if you're going to use it daily) I think it's quite expensive, I can sometimes get through one in under two weeks. Although, for its quality and because you save on extra things such as concealer and powder you're sort of saving money. It comes with a tiny sponge which is so easy to use, and it glides on effortlessly. It's fantastic for trouble prone skin and I've found my face clears up a couple of days after using it, especially when your skin is at its most oiliest, hormones, stress etc. I'd definitely recommend this to teenagers, people who are busy...

Pucker up with Max Factor!

Advantages: Stays on and refuses to budge
Disadvantages: CAn cake on the lipts if your not careful

...it's time to move on from lipstick covered teeth yet! All in all this is a must have for the party season and has many more positive points than negatives, I for one won't be using anything else and I'll just remember that after a few hours I need to use the top coat and I'm away! I can't live without this product and even my Mother owns one or two of them now. If you don't believe my claims nip into a chemist and try a tester if your not brave enough to put it on your lips draw a line on your hand and leave to dry a minute then try removing it?! Boots have an offer on, spend £12 on Max Factor get free goodie box and in TK ax you can get 4 lipfinity lipsticks for £10 in a case (regular size) and in TJ Hughes they have limited colours but are £2! Advantages: Evens skin tone, looks quite natural, a little goes a long way
Disadvantages: Caused me to break out, encouraged oilyness, didn't stay on amazingly long

...Ah, the delights of teenage skin. Never know what it's going to do next. One day it's dry, flakey and tight feeling, the next you wish you had a spatula to scrape all the oil off. ...I have tried number of different brands and types of foundation over the years. I first used Max Factor Colour Adapt when I got a free sample of it after buying some other Max Factor products. Colour Adapt comes in five shades: Creamy Ivory, Warm Almond, Blushing Beige, the uninformatively-named Natural, and Golden. It claims to adapt to your natural skin tones to provide a natural finish. The free sample I received was Natural, which is a bit darker than my actual skin tone. I have very pale skin so I thought the sample would be useless. I decided to try it anyway. I applied a very small amount by putting small dots of it on my face and blending it in with my fingers. ...This neat sized 3 in 1, (foundation/concealer/powder), comes in a blue compact with mirror and sponge. Perfect for those of us that do not have the time, (or are too lazy), to spend time applying the three individually. The coverage it gives is just right, not too heavy, but sufficient to hide the odd blemish. It gives a nice, smooth finish and banishes any shine around the t-zone. I apply it with the sponge provided, and I find that you do not have to dampen the sponge first. It is easy to carry around and reapply throughout the day if you need to, although I find one application in the morning is sufficient to last me through the day at work.
