The main reason for purchasing it was to buy a larger car, as I had a peugeot 206 and my husband had a toyota celica. We chose the 'sport' model, which on our car has the full body kit also, as my husband enjoys driving sportier cars. We did look at the TS and TS2 models, but they did not have as many godies on them and did not look and feel quite so sporty. The space in this car is excellent and the boot space is ENORMOUS. It is a very comfy ride and handles well. The back seat seats 3 people fairly comfortably and the front and rear leg room is good. EXTERIOR From the outside the Mazda 3 is a Marmite effort. People either love the look, or you hate it! I for one think it is gorgeous, loosely Represrnting the Unique Mazda RX8 it has pround arches, cat like tail lights (get it TAIL lights "meow" he he, oh nevermind) and a sweeping smiling grill. This model comes with 17" 5 spoke wheels as standard, and they are alot more attractive than most factory fit wheels. Also being 5 spoke they show of the all round Disc brakes and make the alloys very easy to clean. ...I drive this car since 2005. I have the model Mazda3 1.6 TS 4dr Activematic - (Auto) with : climate control, 6-dish mp3 player. I love its shape which makes feel young and attract you easily if you are at the age until 30 years old. The driver position makes you feel luxury even if you drive a long distance. Every time you will take your place you will feel spontaneous. You can have a comfortable journey with 5 passenger, with the climate control to affect just a little the power of the car. The Combined Fuel Consumption seems good as compare with the manual that other friends have and others cars of the same category. It depends and from the driver how gentle is with the petrol pedal. Advantages: Roomy, attractive look, quiet drive

...When you have a look at the Mazda 3 it reminds you a bit of Marmite. You either love it or hate it. I hate Marmite, but the look of this car instantly attracted me. It reminded me of a good woman. Curves in all the right places but ample of it to make it comfortable. It looks modern but at the same time there is something quite retro about it. I have heard it described as a grandad car too, though not so sure about that. When you get inside it has a great deal of room. You can quite comfortably fit 3 people in the back and as the driver you can move your chair back a good distance without impeding the passenger behind you. There is plenty of storage room, with two compartments in the middle and one of the largest glove compartments I have ever seen. The boot is large but not very wide. Review of Mazda3 2.0 Hatchback

PS3 slim

Advantages: Blu-ray, free online, nice extras like vidzone & iplayer. Almost silent operation
Disadvantages: Rubbish controller, still expensive, online nowhere near as good as xbox live

...Well, had the slim for a few weeks now (my 1st ever playstation), personally, I'm a little underwhelmed by it, I've been a gamer since the nintendo game & watch days & owned @ least 1 of the current gen consoles since the Mega Drive(Genesis). Graphically the system has the potential to wipe the floor with the 360, but this is really only going to apply to PS3 exclusives as any software house making a multi-platform game is going to be as cost effective (lazy) as possible & use the same graphics on all the games where possible(ok, they need to dumb them down for the Wii). My problem here is that I have yet to get a game for it that runs in 1080P, they all seem to be in 720P! Why???? I'm sure they are out there, but I haven't found one yet. I guess this is down to most HD tv's being HD ready rather than Full HD. Sound-Yeah, ok...

A MAZda ING

...This is actually my mums V reg car but she is computer illiterate so I am writing this as if it were my own. This is my first Mazda and will probably be the first of many. I have only had it for a year and a half and have had no problems with it so far. Appearance: At first glance it looks quite sporty (looks almost te same as the focus because Mazda are owned by Ford) and looks much more daring than the simalarly priced Toyota Corolla. It also has a much nicer colour trim with blue velour seats which are extremely comfortable. The dash doesn't look amazing but is designed to be used and not looked at. I think there is a new model coming out later this year with new front headlights so you may wish to wait for this. Reliability: Japanese cars last forever and do not rust for at least 10 years. The only slight reliability...

Mazda RX-8 - An experience

Advantages: Spacious, speedy, stylish
Disadvantages: Fuel consumption - ouch!

...I love cars! I love something with a little 'poke' and something that's got fun factor. Looks are quite important too.......and the Mazda RX-8 ticks all of these boxes. I became the owner of a second-hand 2 year old 192bhp 4 door version a month ago and I like it. It sticks to the road like brown stuff to a blanket......you can do a good 80-90 mph round a sharp bend without losing control of your sphincter and feels very safe and controlled. Steering is quite stiff but very responsive and, again, gives you that feeling of control. It looks good too.....very sleek in profile and a bit of a beast from the front view. The interior is 'ok' but could be better. There's a lot of plastic but it's not too crringeworthy. The 6 CD multi-changer is a nice bonus and the Bose sound system is crisp and clear and does not distort...

...Mazda dealerships must be one of the most laid back I have come across. If you want the hard sell they will do it for you but it clearly is not something they want to do. Naturally, of course they will butter you up and try to make you feel good and you can always rely on a cup of coffee. I was told that Mazda only allot so many cars each year to each outlet but dealers do have to achieve their targets. Why so laid back then? I have come to the conclusion that they feell the cars sell themselves and visitors will return after they have look at the competition and seen the difference. Not cheap of course but if you are anxious for a bit of quality at an affordable price this could be where to go. I think most car buyers would do well to consider Mazda for sensible style, quality of build, reliability and residual value....
