Oozing grease and lots of mayo and cheese, destined to leave a trickle of grease down your chin and a piece of shrivelled lettuce on your top. The burger is rather chewy with a good proportion of gristle in its meat but the cheese disguises it somewhat. The double cheeseburger is 438 cals. More cheese than meat, slightly smaller than the quarter pounder but staked higher with lettuce. Plain hamburger just 271 cals, but within three bites its gone. Quite plain and non-descript. Yoho Ho(tel) - Where Santa stays in Hamburg?

Advantages: Something a bit different from your regular German city hotels
Disadvantages: Limited choice in the restaurant

...Yoho is the abbreviation for the 'Youth Hotel' and it's located in Hamburg. I'll admit that when I was told to book it for a visit earlier this week, I did worry that it might be like a youth hostel. Perhaps before I checked out in the morning they would make me clean my room or wash the dishes. Fortunately neither was the case, and despite the strange name, I found a rather charming modern hotel located in a nice old historic building. The main criteria by which they justify the name is that they offer slightly lower prices for guests who are under 26. Sadly nothing I can benefit from any more. ...Although McDonalds has had an awful lot of bad press about the unhealthy aspect of its food i still enjoy eating there and have a meal from there at least once a month. One of my favorite things i like about this food chain is the fact that service is always very quick, you dont have to waite longer than a few minutes for your meal where as if you went to a cafe you would probably be waiting a lot longer. Our local restrant is open untill 11 pm every night so is convinent for when i get hungry late at night and fancy something to snack on. It is always clean, has good facilities, toilets, baby changing, high chairs and a good amount of car parking spaces. You have the choice of eating in, taking away your meal or using there drive through, i prefer to park and fetch my meals as a take away as you can see what is going into...

...I really don't understand why this so called restaurant is so popular. Their shabby excuse for food is pathetic and we all know too well how damaging it can be to ones health. So why is our nation striving on a place of such nature? Why are our young people flocking to such a place for lunch break? I'll tell you why. It's because our nation promotes unhealthy foods and the young people of today's society would rather pay less for something bad for themselves than pay up a few extra pounds for something worthwhile. Let's face it, we all want something for nothing. And with McDonalds having money off or buy one get one free coupons we'll go along just to save that extra few pounds.
