The epidermis has 5 layers in itself, the top layer or the skin you can feel and see is called the stratum corneum. When the stratum corneum is at its best it is 15 layers thick, the skin looks hydrated, fresh and young, however, as we age and our skin gets more dull looking, dehydrated and sometimes waxy looking and this is because we are not efficiently exfoliating these layers away and so the stratum corneum builds up to about 75 layers thick! Canon MD205 Mini DV Camcorder for all the family

Advantages: Compact. Good zoom. Good image quality Budget price.
Disadvantages: No separate battery charger supplied. Lots of PC disc space needed for film editing.

A separate battery charger was NOT supplied with my camera so the battery has to be charged from the mains supply whilst in the camera itself. I find this a bit limiting and a separate battery charger would have been a useful accessory to have. All in all I have been very pleased with my Canon MD205 Mini DV Camcorder and would recommend it as a good 'budget' camera for a family to use to create lasting memories....

...Something of a "Johnny-come-lately" review here, given the age of the unit but having acquired it (albeit second-hand but in excellent condition) only about a month ago as a replacement for my problem-ridden MDS-S38 minidisc deck, (that size component appears to be no longer available) have found this unit to be problem-free thus far. As I use it in conjunction with a Pioneer mixer, its main disappointment is that its tape-outputs are noticebly lower when compared to the line outputs of other Sony stand-alone components. Too much reliance is put on using the remote for full functionality - this may be a purely personal thing - yet conversely, the user must initially activate the MD record function from the unit itself. I have two different cordless phones in my house, the other is a BT F70 big bulky handset. The Binatone is by far the better phone in my opinion, other than the fact that this phone disconnects my internet when in use but that is just my connection problems... It is a nice small phone which is comfortable to hold, well designed. Looks pretty sitting in the corner of the room too. It has an inbuilt loudspeaker which is useful for long phonecalls when your arm aches from holding it too long. The control button for the loudspeaker is the red button above the green call button.
