...I'm a nightmare when it comes to make up. I can never seem to finish a product before I've found another one (or two!) that I want to try. And so, I've ended up with a make up bag the size of a suitcase!! L'oreal have been advertising their new telescopic mascara on tv lately. And although I already have 3 mascaras in my collection, I couldn't help getting sucked in by the image of Penelope Cruz fluttering her loverly lashes (even though they're probably false lashes or enhanced for the ad). So off I went to my local Boots to see what I could find... The mascara was easy to find....I just headed for the massive cardboard cutout of Penelope's head! From Microscopic to Telescopic!!!

Advantages: Creates long, luscious lashes with no clumps, inexpensive
Disadvantages: Difficult to remove from its packaging

Skywatcher F5 102mm ST refractor telescope.

Advantages: Small, lightweight, low cost, ease of use.
Disadvantages: Build quality could be a little better (minor)

The wand of the mascara is like a comb with four lines of rubbery spikes, it?s not as leathful as it sounds. I t creates long defined lashes like I?ve never had before, it goes on really easy and doesn?t clump, the comb like wand separates the eyelashes as you brush through the lashes. You get 8ml of black mascara and I found that it has lasted me forever but that?s because the wand applies what is needed to the eyelashes and it does that by the comb, brushing off what isn?t needed. Take your lashes to Telescopic lengths!

Advantages: Great length and volume, wicked brush, great value for money
Disadvantages: Erm... I can't think of any

...I bought L?Oreal Telescopic Mascara at Superdrug for £8.99. I bought the black one but it is also available in Brown or Waterproof Black. The tube is gold (the colour not actual gold lol), about 15cm tall and shaped like a mini-telescope (hence the name). When I opened the mascara, the first thing I noticed was the brush. It was unlike anything I had seen before! It?s very skinny; just 4 rows of combs (you?ll see that they form an ?x? if you look at the brush from the bottom of the wand). It?s also very flexible. The wand is about 12cm long including the handle. I normally apply mascara looking straight into the mirror with my eyes half-shut and comb through my lashes while wriggling the brush at the same time. However, with this mascara, I found that the best way to apply it for maximum coverage was to slowly roll the brush...

I purchased this Mascara from Boots for £8.99 which i thought was a resonable price and alot cheaper than my usually YSL mascara. I LOVE THIS, NO CLUMPS!! L'oreal Telescopic Mascara.

Advantages: No Clumps. Separates Lashes. lengthening look, whilst staying natural.
Disadvantages: not waterproof, so avoid crying!! (unless you just apply to he top lash.)

...After hearing about this product from a trusted friend, (who has tried and tested every make up item in the planet!!!!), she told me about telescopic. I usually hate buying an item I have seen in a fake advertisement on the television; and I thought telescopic would be another mascara that does NOT make you look at all like Eva Longoria or Penelope Cruz. HOWEVER, I bought it and it was SO easy. It?s in the form of a comb-style-brush. So, it?s rounded, but not bristly and clumpy like normal mascara. This created the appearance of lengthening my lashes, whilst separating them, and combing them at the same time. My eyes always look amazing! L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara

Advantages: It instantly lengthens and magnifies the lashes up to each stroke.
Disadvantages: It does'nt give much volume to the lashes as i would have expected.

...I was first introduced to the L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara through word of mouth by one of my friends and at first to be honest i was a bit sceptical about buying it because i thought that this product will be just like any other mascara on the market that does'nt fulfill my total satisfaction. I can say that i proved myself wrong because this is one mascara that does exactly what it says on the tin. The brush is slightly curved and the bristles are extremely soft and gentle which instantly lengthens and magnifies my lashes. I even found that with this mascara, when i applied it that my whole face seemed to be brightened and you can see the dramatic difference it makes to your lashes as well. It adds instant glamour. I am sure that the L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara will attract a lot of young audience like myself and i can't wait to tell all...

...Welcome to the sublime world of KT Tunstall! Not well known (yet!) she has just released ?Eye To The Telescope? her debut album. Single ?Black Horse & The Cherry Tree? is getting lots of airplay both on radio and on MTV etc! Seeing and hearing this I thought the mix of Texas like vocals and catchy beats I would be interested in the album. Then AndyMc1976 gave me a copy (naughty I know) and I was really impressed. The album starts with the haunting ?Other Side Of The World? a guitary mid tempo affair. This song is really catchy thanks to the guitar riff!
