...medicated i didn't mind really. The bottle came in a box with shampoo inside and i first used it the same day. It recommends on the packaging to wash the hair twice with the shampoo, which i did. The shampoo smells really bad though, it gets to the back of your throat so i tend to get it on and off as fast as i can.
