Advantages: Looks stylish
Disadvantages: looks can be deceptive, not designed for sitting on ha ha
...My medion lasted the 1 year warranty period. I may or may have not got ripped off with the price,. I bought it from woolworths for £349, in the sales last year. It comes with a 15.4 inch lcd screen which is a good size for watching dvds, it also comes with a dvd re-writer, though I think most laptops do nowadays. Its ram is around 892 mb, which is not quite 1gb as the company would have you belive. In the year I have had it, there have been some niggling issues, such as when the battery meter says theres 60 minutes left, it will then say low battery after ten minuites. I found it easier to use as a staionery computer so that it can have a regular power source. I have also found that the usb cables don't stay in very well, any slight movement and they fall out. A leap forward for Medion
Advantages: Simple to use, OK price, Large map selection
Disadvantages: No home charger, Poor Battery life, long repair times, No 3D maps
...The PNA350 is one of the latest products launched by the up and coming German company Medion.
Unlike the previous dedicated navigators from Medion which were Windows Mobile Machine based (even though severely cut down) and the PDA with GPS products the range seems to be better products. The GPS signal receiver is great improvement over the past products especially over the 150/170 range which had horrendous mapping and gave dreadful instructions, especially the all hated Navigator 3.1D by Dutch company TeleAtlas.
The maps are quite neat in this version even though bit and pieces are still missing, especially farms and isolated areas but considering the past products is a dramatic improvement.
The new PNA gets rid of the silly idea of having a stylus pen to tap on a car navigator and the software is more intuitive with bigger...

Medion Laptop MD 96290 good buy???
Advantages: Long Battery Life

...Well, I'm not to Technical when it come to the knowledge of a Laptop, so i'm just gonna tell you how i have found this PC without getting too Techy
I recently had to buy a new Laptop after my Fujitsu Siemans Laptop died a bad death, i was a bit gutted as i had been very happy with it, anyway i came across this Medion after some advice from a very techy computer friend who advised me that for £479 it was a great little buy, and had everything on it i required
Basically it has
Windows Vista Premium
Intel Pentium dual-core processor T2130
120 GB hard disk
Wireless internet capabillity
Can burn DVD and CD
Has a 4 in 1 memory card reader
It also came with a USB mouse, which i will probably never use and a protective carry bag, a handy place to store the bits and pieces that come with the laptop

Medion 96100 series. It's a German thing!
Advantages: Super screen, good performance, nice looks.
Disadvantages: Awful speakers, good do with more RAM.
...Medion. Has anyone heard of this brand? I recently popped into Aldi to find this very laptop. On the box was a plethora pictures, snazzy fonts and loads of information which begged 'buy me!'. And, er...I did.
Inside was a vast array of accessories which was quite a bonus: 1x Medionmouse, 2x Long Life Batteries (about four hours each), TV (Freeview) card, laptop bag and of course the various adaptors and documentation.
The laptop itself feels very well made; the top and bottom section is made from a dim aluminium and the rest is silver plastic with the exception of the little grille over the speakers.
As you can see from the Ciao! website, this has an excellent specification and plenty of hard drive space with a healthy 1GB RAM, 256mb shared ATI graphics, a blazing 1.8Ghz Turion 64, 100+GB Hard Drive space and Windows Vista Home...

Medion PC's
Advantages: Very Quiet, Easy to use, USB Ports on Front of box

Having moaned constantly for a new computer I was finally granted my wish as my poor old Time Computer finally went to computer heaven.
I was looking around for the cheapest computer at the highest spec and I came across this Medion one. It was actually listed as a special offer by the supermarket chain "Aldi" for a measly £770 for the box, keyboard and mouse which I thought was not a bad deal.
The Machine itself is a Pentium 4 (2.66ghz) whicb comes with a DVD drive and a CD-RW as standard although the one thing I noticed after buying the machine is, it has no floppy disk drive!. Although this isnt a problem as you can buy an external one and plug it into the USB Ports located at the front of the machine.
