Moto c350

Advantages: Very cheap and nice silver metallic look design. Also quite light.
Disadvantages: Loading time. Can't download games.

...I upgraded my Nokia 3330 to this Motorola c350 as I wanted a nice colour phone that wasn't too expensive and heavy. I purchased it for £59.99 from Index Catalogue sometime near christmas which I thought was a good price. The main thing was that it looked really good for it's £60 price tag. It comes with a great array of features such as colour screen, games (Moto GP, Astromash and Snood 21), GPRS and polyphonic ringtones. I thought it had Bluetooth as well but it doesn't. The colour screen is very vibrant (though it would be to me, as I only had Nokia 3330 before this) and can be easily adjusted to the theme that you want. There are six different themes to choose from and also some background pictures and screensavers too. The menus are very simple and easy to navigate but some things can take quite long to load up...

Review of Motorola C350

The Motorola C350 is a cute little phone.

Advantages: The latest technology. Almost a mini computer.
Disadvantages: Dark screen to save the battery. Really hard to see without the back light.

...Every year I write a review on my new phone. It is funny, this time because I loved my Motorola C332 so much I had planned on keeping it a little longer. Well my one year contract had run out, and I think T-Mobile and Motorola thought I might take my business elsewhere. I received a letter from them offering me a new phone, the Motorola C350, for free. I would continue for a further year with my contract with T-Mobile. $19.95 (£11.40) a month for 60 weekday minutes and 500 weekend minutes. Nationwide and roaming included. They gave me a 1-800 (free) number to call. Within a couple of minutes I was told that my phone would be with me within 5-7 days. There would be a pre-paid envelope to return my old phone. I could keep all the accessories. If I did not return this phone I would be charged $100 (£57). My new phone arrived 5 days...

Beautiful Mercedes

Advantages: Fuel Economy
Disadvantages: Interior

...the BMW 320d and the Audi A4 1.8 tdi cant offer! The internal styling of the C-class is unfortunately not as exceptional as its fuel economy. The boring fake wood and neverending dark leather and plastic does not harmonise with the beautifully curved exterior body, and many friends have commented on how dissapointinly unluxurious the interior is. I do believe this is mercedes' downfall when comparing it with Audi and BMW! The C220 cdi will set you back about £20000 on the road if you bought a new one today. However a second hand 2000 model would cost about £13000 with about 30000miles. This shows the excellent depreciation value that mercedes' have, and when your spending £20000 on a car its all important. Another aspect when considering price is the spare parts cost. Unfortunately spare mercedes parts are not cheap and the expertise...

MERCEDES C220 CDI HAS FLARE AND COMES ABOVE AVERAGE

Advantages: SMOOTH RIDE, HANDLES WELL , PRESTIGE BADGE
Disadvantages: NIGGLES CAN BE EXPENSIVE ,BUY THE FACELIFT MODEL

...however I would have another Mercedes but would go for the late 2004 facelift model as by then the overall interior look had got better and the qaulity in build had returned. If you are looking for a family vehicle with a Prestige badge the you will not go far wrong with a C-class BUT make sure you stay on top of the services and overall upkeep of the car . This can be expensive to do but well worth doing in the long run....

Mercedes E 220 CDI

Advantages: comfortable, economical
Disadvantages: questionable electronics, technical design

...Stumbled across a single review of this vehicle which struck me as too eulogistic to be of much use. I live in Europe where attitudes to Mercedes products are less reverential and have had a manual transmission E220 CDi since Oct.2003 (which I'd like to sell). This model with 150 bhp/340nm. has effectively been superceded since July 2006 by a revised model with 170bhp and approx 400nm. and which among some 2000 changes has done away with the brake by wire system and probably other curiosities as well. Any German-speaking reader should look at ownership surveys, such as in Auto Motor und Sport 10 November 2004 edition. It is certainly a roomy, comfortable car to drive with good ride quality, low noise levels and fuel consumption and enough middle-range performance to perform very well on motorways. The weight, clunky...

Mercedes A160 - All things, for all men

Advantages: Interior Space, Visibility, Excellent engine & transmission
Disadvantages: Looks a bit like Camilla Parker-Bowles, head on.

... Introduction Isn't the A-Class an oddball? Out of the many people I've spoken to in relation to the car, nobody can quite work it out. Is it a family hatchback? Is an MPV? Is it a luxury city car? Is it a van with windows? In fact, it's all of those things. A truly versatile car that perhaps trades beauty for innovation. True beauty in this car lies in its interior, however. Exterior & Image It looks a little like the C-Class has been involved in a head-on collision, an almost flat front bumper and bonnet do little to evoke the eyes to look further back on the car, but as you do, you can see elements of beauty. Those beautifully crafted doors, the neat tail-lights and the side skirts that deceive the eye into thinking the car is a lot lower than it is, all this helps to detract from what could have been just another...

Mercedes 320 SLK

Advantages: Lots of admiring glances
Disadvantages: People don't let you out of junctions !

...I bought a 320 SLK after many trips to the local Mercedes garage and after test driving a few CLKs and the new Coupe. The SLK was the only one I got out of with a smile on my face, and it was a big one! So rather than buy one big CLK to load up with miles I bought a 1.2 Corsa for running around and an SLK for nice days. Performance is enough to get you into trouble in the wet but the traction control always kicks in before you realise you've even had a problem. The flashing light on the dash tells you you almost did! The sound from the engine is fantastic - especially with the roof down - it's like being in a computer game. Handling isn't quite what I'd expected. I'd had a couple of BMW coupes before and the SLK feels a bit bouncy compared to them - comfy rather than taught. The brakes are fantastic though (they sense...

Our A Class Mercedes .....

Advantages: Very Economical, Small, Nippy, Compact, Easy To Park !!
Disadvantages: Several Blind Spots Throughout The Car !!

...We have a A 160 Mercedes, its main use is driving me up and down the motorway to the oncology centre at Bristol and numerous other hospitals scattered about... so it was important when we bought the car that it was reliable, economical and easy to park. Since having our baby 'Merc' we havent had a days problem ( a hum - fingers crossed now !! ) it is just due for its first MOT ( Y reg ) . It handles very well and corners well, sticks to the road like glue when you put your foot down !! the fuel economy is excellent and this is important, it is very easy to park although there are several blind spots in the car when it comes to reverse parking - there are three headrests that line across the tops of the back seats which can make it difficult - obscures your vision somewhat when it comes to the reverse park. Our car is the shorter...

Mercedes A140 Avantgarde

Advantages: Bargain, good all round, nippy car,
Disadvantages: none

...What a car. It has a list price of around £14000 but it is readily available at car supermarkets for just £12,000. What a bargain. For the same price as a Ford Focus you can have a MERCEDES. Not only does the A class combine style, space and value it also offers a great drive. The 1.4 litre engine is a superb unit providing around 40mpg without compromising on performance. 0-60 is knocked up in around 12 seconds and a top speed of 110mph is more than enough. This care really does feel faster and sporties than the figures suggest. The sharp brakes and suspension make driving around town a pleasure. The level of equipment provided as standard is superb - half leather seats, electric sunroof + windows, steering adjust, remote central locking, alarm/immobiliser, driver, passenger and side airbags, traction control, heated mirrors...
