...Currently I'm studying musical theatre at college so when I heard about the book, Acting in Film by Michael Caine I wanted to purchase it. I love Michael Caine and admire his work I have been following him for many years. He is an amazing actor who has starred in many films and is more than qualified to discuss the viewpoint he has when it comes to producing movies. As an expert of film and acting I very enjoyed reading his viewpoint and felt that I learned a lot from reading his book. This new revised and expanded edition includes wonderful photographs throughout the book. It is very well presented with clear photographs that are relevant to the book's subject. MICHAEL CAINE COPIED ?

Advantages: Good sense of humour.
Disadvantages: Lacking in human interaction understanding.

...a well known television personality. At one stage in the book, I was convinced that the man was a stand up comic. I knew nothing about him at all, and have only looked at who he is since reading the book. The reason for saying this is the man's use of "punch" lines, and here it works to a certain extent, though you need to wade through too much foreplay before getting to the punchline itself which is a shame, as that last line says a million times more than the words that lead up to it. Another thing that struck me in the story was the inappropriate choices of names for his characters, and here the hero himself is called "Alfie" and is supposed to be in his thirties. Perhaps there are Alfie's out there of this age, but it was almost as if the writer has an obsession for Michael Caine, as not only does the lead character have a well...

A Vehicle For Michael Caine

...Italys most attractive city. The story is about Charlie Croker who on the instructions of an incarcerated Mr Big attempts a huge bullion heist in Turin. The film is built almost entirely around Michael Caines portrayal of Croker but Noel Coward comes close to stealing it as Mr Bridger the jailed but comfortable master criminal. Croker builds a team to do the robbery in particular a team of drivers who are to try and get away using 3 British Mini cars inevitably done up in Red, White and Blue. He is ably helped by Benny Hill as a computer genius with a penchant for fat women. But it is Croker who is the ice cool professional and Caine plays the role brilliantly. When walking through the freezer section he noticed some McCain Micro Chips in the freezer and asked if he could have some as his best friend liked them! I'm not a fan of frozen chips as a whole but to keep him happy I threw a packet in the trolley. Each packet of Micro Chips is a small, black, rectangular cardboard box. The box has a perforated front which you rip open before you microwave them. When I opened the front up the chips looked quite cheap in appearence. The chips themselves are quite long and thinly cut. McCain Smiles - Perfect for a Fussy Eater

...My son at the moment is a very fussy eater and refuses to eat any sort of potato, but the one thing he does love is McCain Smiles. Packaging On the front of the red plastic packaging is a picture of a sunflower, when you look closely you can see that it is actually sunflower petals and in the middle is a smile which I think is very clever! When I took the smiles out of the bag they looked very pale in colour, they are round with of course a smiley face, there are holes for the eyes and a big smiley mouth. Cooking Instructions You can either grill or oven cook the smiles, I use the oven at gas mark 7 and they usually take 12- 15 minutes to cook.
