A Cute Little Mouse! (Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 4000)

...The Microsoft wireless mouse 4000 is quite an old model, although it still is available and would be the one I'd go for over others, having had two other Microsoft wireless mice and found this model to be the best of the three. The 4000 is a wireless mouse that's about 4 inches in length and about 2 inches in width. It connects to the laptop or computer via a dongle that plugs into one of the USB ports. The dongle itself is about 2 inches long and when not in use, it clicks into a space on the underside of the mouse. The dongle is very secure under there. My mouse is carried around in a laptop bag when it's not in use and it's never popped out of its holder once. Performance-wise it's a good sturdy mouse. A welcome mouse infestation

Advantages: super responsive, easy to use, buttons can be customized, good design, excellent manufacturer support

...When the the interior of my last mouse became clogged up with grease, fur and bits of food (a lovely image I'm sure) even a good old scrape at the insides with a knife wouldn't make it work in an acceptable manner so I had to look for a replacement. I wanted a cordless optical mouse but my better half put a stop to that as soon as she saw the prices. In the end, I settled for the Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 for £9.99. It isn't what I wanted I'll state right here and now as it isn't cordless so I'm still constrained to being within a few feet of the PC and monitor but what I have got is quite possibly the most comfortable, stylish and easy to use mouse on the planet and its all thanks to Microsoft and the fact that they don't charge extortionate prices for this product. Creative Mouse Optical 3000 - Great wired mouse

Advantages: programmable buttons, left or right haded, quality, durability, value
Disadvantages: none

...(press or roll) wheel can control speaker volume as well as standard point and scroll features. It is not a wireless mouse, but we need to remember how it was looking like 5-6 years ago. They were quite expensive and technology used in them was developing. It is possible to change buttons settings from right to left handed people thank included drivers and software. That's a huge plus when thinking about accessibility. I have big hands but could easily fit Optical 3000. Controlling experience was either very satisfying. Maybe will exaggerate but had impression that it has been made especially for me. Heard different opinion about this blue light. Come on, I do not understand where the problem is. It makes this mouse look a little bit better. I found it very useful when watching movies at night or when going to kitchen for something...
